I recently purchased off Instagram a shirt from CLARKSON NNIEUWKUIJK NL It arrived the wrong size and material. I tried to ask for a refund but they refuse to send me a refund form. Furthermore, even though they say in the add "Money Back Guarantee" they have no intention of honoring it. Instead, they say I have to take photos of the shirt, sent it to China, pay customs and send them tracking number for the package. Once I emailed them the photos they din't reply with a return form. Don't buy anything from Clarkson-NewYork.com

Clarkson NYC's return policy is so complicated that we became suspicious. We looked them up and the Malwaretips site immediately popped up.
Clarkson NYC is a scam.
We advise any and everyone not to give them business or any financial information.
In fact, we just cancelled our credit card.

I ordered 4 different colors, thought that I would return what if I didn't like any of them. The shorts fit but I decided that 2 would do. I contacted them. First, they offered another shirt for shipping costs, then a $22 refund.
It got more interesting when I received the shipping instructions:
1. Maximum size of package is 3 shirts (I had 4)
2. I would have to use the same courier, GOFO Express which has an extremely poor rating ($25-$40) up front
3. Pay customs of $25 up front
4. Ship to an address in China without a company name
So, with the $50-$65 charge to start the return process and the lack of confidence in whether the shirts would be received and credit given, I took the $22.
It was an expensive lesson learned.

Total scam. Ordered a shirt and when I received it, the quality was extremely poor. Contacted customer service and they indicated that there’s no free shipping return, rather I would have to pay anywhere between 25 and $40 to return. There is no indication that this is coming from China and not the US. They offered to replace with another item but for an additional $11 charge. Avoid this company.

After a long wait, my shirt arrived. The quality was poor. I ordered a men’s XL but the shirt ridiculously fits like a child’s L. Instead of refunding and taking the shirt back, they offered another size and are going to charge me for delivery. The shirt is clearly defective or mislabeled. There is no one to call. Just a random email. Advertising is misleading. They also mislead people by suggesting this is a NY, US company.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. The cloths are terrible. Horrible quality. Definitely not worth the money.

This is a total scam- the clothing they advertise is not what you receive when you order it. I should have expected it when I saw that it was coming from China!
The quality, fit and design of the items I ordered was extremely poor, bad and not worth $20. They make it so difficult to return items- it arrived without the invoice or proper paperwork. This is a scam and you will not get your money back. They make it impossible to return the items. Their doors should be closed and the consumer should be protected from deceiving business practices.

SCAM!!!!!!! Tracking does not function.

Did not realize what a bogus operation this was until my shirts arrived. Immediately jumped online to file for a return, to find the web address has been canceled by the host (I reported it, as did others). The domain will surely pop up again somewhere.

Meantime, I'm out $90 (not tragic) and dispute/chargeback filed. No address, no contact, yet they still send emails from info@ that do not bounce. If someone has a valid address, post it pls.

The item delivered is of very poor quality. So far all attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The email provided does not exist and was sent back to me. The website also doesn't exist. Beware of this company. I am in the process of disputing the charges through my credit card.

Just received my shirt and is sized at least 1 size to small. Tried to reach the company for return instructions but can't find a link. Noticed that it shipped from China, if I had known sooner that it would have come from China I wouldn't have ordered it. Total scam. At least I'm only out $20. I will donate to a local charity.

Poorly made product, sized at least one size too small. Their return policy, if you can call it that, is expensive and designed to get you to pay more for a replacement product. I ended up donating the two shirts I bought to Goodwill. STAY AWAY!

Total scam. This is a Chinese-based company "fronting" as if they're located in New York. They have branches "Clarkson Toronto" and "Clarkson London" that market the same way in those countries. I ordered from them and immediately cancelled once I found out they ship their products from China. They do not disclose this on their advertising and marketing on social media, of course. After immediately notifying them that I wanted to cancel and to refund / cancel my credit card charge, they "went dark" and didn't respond. My product hadn't even shipped yet. Their advertisement promised "fast delivery", but they are in China (which they don't disclose, because most U.S. customers would avoid them), and they ship from China using Chinese couriers.

Bought two shirts that were described as stretchy and wrinkle-proof. Paid $49.99 per shirt. Recieved the package, shirts are a stiff cotton and were wrinkled in the package ( I can only wonder what they will look like after one washing). Shirts are worth $5 each, total garbage. Im thinking by their name Im dealing with a NY company. Oh no......sent from their main headquarters in China. When I wanted to return the shirts I was told I need to fill out forms, fill out paperwork, send pictures of clothes, tags and the bags they came in. To return will cost me about $40. What a sham company....do not buy anything from them!! They make you truly appreciate AMAZON>
