I ordered 5 items from Claro back in November 2023, and had no issues, along with very fast (I think it was next day) delivery.

However, my huggie earrings clasps broke in March 2024 but Claro were very helpful to solve the issue! They paid for my postage to send them back to them and fixed them free of charge.

Have recommended them to loads of my friends! I just hope they expand their collection and introduce some new trendier pieces soon.

Amazing Service and very quick delivery. They dispatched on the 2nd January and I got the item on the 3rd, less than 24 hours later. The earrings are beautiful and £50 cheaper than what I found on the high street for the same pair. Thank you!

Outstanding value for money, after receiving my 1st order i placed another! The jewellery is exceptional, i wouldn't be able to tell it apart from very expensive jewellery, i ordered 2 baguette cut rings one with an sort of emerald cut centre stone, they are truly beautiful, on both occasions this company has dispatched my orders in a day! Recently bought a ring for my Mother - (925 Sterling Silver Timeless Style Rubover set CZs Ring). Not only was it really good value, but it looked way more expensive than it actually was and she was delighted. They also delivered really quickly - (ordered Sunday - delivered on Tuesday.)
