I signed up for Clash5 when my friend recommended a new game they had that was paying out well, figured I'd give them a try and made a couple purchases to get my balance up. My gameplay went well and I requested a prize redemption.

The next morning my account was banned (unable to log in), my prize redemption never came through, and support says they will not offer any refunds. I was not provided with an explanation or warning of any kind.

I wouldn't trust them with any purchases and will discourage others from using them. It is also worth noting that they threatened legal action when I mentioned disputing the charges with my bank.

Newer platform still adding games, but a great site with unique gaming systems as far as online casinos go. For sure one of the best so far. They offered a good welcome bonus. I joined yesterday and even took a screenshot of winning 329$ because I was excited, woke up today I can't even log into the site. Says I'm banned. I waited most the day before posting this in case they'd e-mail with an explanation, but they haven't. Overall disappointed.

Its a scam, do not trust these people with your money. last night around midnight, their site crashed, when i went back a little later to see if it was working, and i had been banned for no reason. Their AI support is unresponsive and unhelpful. I had a $200 redemption pending that im certain i wont get.

requested a withdraw and it gave me the option to withdraw via debit card. I gave them my debit card info and now they say debit card withdraw is no longer available. But give me no way to change it. Alex the customer support agent just said have a good day! And left me without a way to change my withdraw method. I feel I’m going to be scammed like everyone else that got banned once they tried to withdraw. BEWARE
