I love Classmanager.
I've been with them since the very beginning, but was running and using other databases alongside! Boy I didn't need to at all.

I had one for mail/finance/invoicing/registers- class manager has it all under one umbrella. My teachers use it for registers which means I can keep track of students attendance as can our admin staff.
My accountants can access all the reports they need to when filing out my tax returns so I don't need to send them over.
My parents can access their parent portal keeping and eye on their classes/emails/invoices and payments.

I can send emails/texts at he drop of a hat.

It has saved me so much time and money with subscription costs to various different programmes and it's all in one place!!!

The customer service team is fab and always on hand when i have a question.

I'd now really like to see an overdue button in the invoices section. I can see awaiting payment, part paid etc but not those that have past their invoice due date (unless i go back to the dashboard but then I can't access them individually), but this is the only flaw I have found since using it for nearly 2 years.

I tried a lot of different options before class manager and none were as good. Class Manager seriously ticks all the boxes, if it doesn't it's something they are already working on. The team are always available to answer questions and are constantly working on new updates, all included in the price we are already paying.
My team love using Class Manager and find it easy to work with.

I have only recently signed up with Class Manager. They have been so helpful with the set up and migration from my old system.

Their Facebook page is so helpful with other users often helping with questions.

Emails are responded to promptly.

User friendly.

Love it so much , it has made my job as admin so much more efficient and professional Great team work always answer all your questions Super features to use and affordable . Paperwork is a chore but Class Manager is a pleasure . look forward to turning on my computer , you can also do it on your phone on the go , on the way to work or home

I deliberated for years over whether to go with an online invoice management system liked this. Over much research I took the plunge and went with Class Manager and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. It's halved my administration time and my customers love it too. I couldn't be happier with it and the support that comes with it.

Changing our admin system to Class Manager has been revolutionary! It is fast and easy to use, and has an excellent knowledge base for those that need a bit of help to use it. The constant updates and feature releases are a breath of fresh air and show that they care about their software and their customers! They welcome feedback from their customers and try to implement it as much as possible. Before we even finished the free trial, we knew we would be changing to this software as it just does everything you want it to! The onboarding was great, and the support team are super helpful. The cost of it is really reasonable and you don't need to pay for additional features. Would definitely recommend!

Class manager has made dance school admin a breeze. Excellent customer service, and very user friendly, I would highly recommend to any dance studios looking for a comprehensive administration system.

This is the best investment I have made, easy to use for all involved, 100% support From Matt and his team. Once all set up, it’s amazing, less stressful without endless paperwork and more importantly time. I wish I had done this sooner.

I would highly recommend Class Manager. We have been using the platform since the summer and find it easy to use. Any minor issues we have experienced have been dealt with very quickly by the Class Manager team.

Class Manager is working really well for me. It’s very easy to use and the team are adding new features all the time. It’s easy to keep track of customer and student details and invoicing is nice and simple.

I’ve been using class manager for a few months now and I LOVE it! Matt and his team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have and they take on feedback to help improve their service and add additional features! As a dance teacher, running multiple venues can be hard hit class manager is a software that lets me seamlessly run multiple venues with different teachers. I can’t really recommend them enough. I’m loving my experience so far!

I have been using Class Manager since the Pilot Scheme. It was a little touch & go at the start as both myself & the developers were working out the kinks but what an amazing programme it has become in such a short space of time. Invoicing used to take me hours its so easy now, managing my classes with covid restrictions through class manager has been a god send & I love that they are constantly adding new features at no extra cost unlike many other admin systems who charge a premium. I wouldn't use anything else 10/10 from me!

Great software. Easy to use and allows me to keep everything organised and in one place for my dance school. I have saved a vast amount of admin time as now all my invoices and registers cam be generated quickly. It also looks alot more organised and professional to my customers.

I’ve been using this software for the last few months and it’s been great! Really easy to follow and all my parents signup through the online portal which saves me lots of time! I’d definitely recommend! 😊

Great software for our studio the billing and studio management side is great

Looking forward to future updates as there are some things that can be improved such as a dowloadable app etc how ever the team are fantastic at listening to suggestions and taking feedback.
