Clean energy group is a scam, very well set up scam that makes you believe they are actually doing something when they don’t.

They have taken $4,000 off me and won’t return calls or provide any leads.

Stay clear, this is a SCAM!

We were happy with the service we're being provided, everything so far is going as expected. Would recommend others to try them out.

We contracted with Clean Energy Group AI in October and paid 6 months up front. The responsiveness was poor, but we were making some progress. After the holidays, they went dark and have not responded to numerous attempts to contact them, to the point I thought they went out of business. I still am dumbfounded by what has happened and why I am unable to contact them. The Houston contact phone# listed on their website - nevers picks up the phone and you can only leave a voicemail that nobody returns.

Very disappointed with the overall performance of this company, Very quick to get money out of you and then a lack of response once the campaign has started. Not to mention the campaign delivered, not lead lead.

Open and account with this team started the Linked in and haven't heard anything back from them, no leads and unable to reach anyone. its been close to 5 months and not one lead

I am deeply unsatisfied with my experience with Clean Energy Group. After an impressive sales pitch, I signed up with the expectation of strong communication and effective lead generation. However, after onboarding, communication dropped off entirely. Despite repeated attempts to reach out for updates and clarification on campaign progress, my emails and calls were often ignored or met with vague responses like “check the spreadsheet” without any direct answers.

The campaign setup was incomplete, and basic aspects, such as lead generation through Google, were neglected. I was only informed of a missing payment when I finally reached someone after numerous attempts, despite having proactively contacted them for updates.

Overall, the lack of responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through was astounding, and Clean Energy Group did not deliver on the promises made. I regret choosing this service, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Worst company experience ever and a rip off.
MICHELLE YOU HAD / HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FIX WHAT WAS A CLEAR AND COMPLETE FAILURE BY YOUR COMPANY TO DO ITS RESPONSIBILITIES.
I Set-up and launched a program and then overseas people struggled to get the program going but did. Some momentum started and then the staff left. I did not hear from the handover person. I continued and waited. Nothing. No added people to my linked in or the mail campaigns to them - awaiting the main boost which never came but documented in emails. I then raised the issues to deaf ears. NO SIGN OF ANDREW ANYWHERE. Finally I got on to Michelle Barbello - Global Customer Lifecycle & Support - SURELY A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND RESPONSE? - NO. I asked her to review the performance and file - plus check staff emails - please provide a copy to me. She then changed tack and said all data gets deleted of clients and I have no information on the campaign or knowledge of your business. I said that is not true, She didn't want to deal with it or any issues. I stated clearly something happened with the staff leaving as the emails say it will ramp up and then it died immediately. She told me there was nothing we can do and do not guarantee results. I said I only want you to guarantee you did something and performed adequately - CLEARLY ACTIVITY WAS FAILED TO BE CONDUCTED.. She again stated I have no knowledge or information to deal with it and the files and any emails and info are all deleted (GETTING THE PICTURE).
After continued chasing, I then outlined I actually have the information - a copy of the original small number of leads & a copy of the correspondence of your staff outlining the next level of ramp up - "and don't worry it boosts from here with our other activities that haven't yet started".
Michelle then said and put in writing in contradiction that she did know and its my companies fault - and won't deal with it.
SHE DIDN'T EVEN DO THE REVIEW OR RESPOND TO THE EVIDENCE AND WENT FROM NO KNOWLEDGE TO - IT'S YOUR FAULT.
Sound reputable - honest - take responsibility. Then change tack and lie in contradiction.
LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE MICHELLE AND STAND UP. ANDREW YOU NEED TO STEP UP OTHER THAN THE SIGN-UP - THEN DISAPPEAR AND THEN NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE..

I ASKED MICHELLE TO ESCELATE THE MATTER TO HER DIRECT REPORT - HEAD IN THE SAND WON'T FIX THIS OR YOUR REPUTATION.

CONACT ME AND BE A PROPER BUSINESS TO RESOLVE THE STOLEN FUNDS FOR NOT DOING YOUR BIT.

Finally an Ai-software company that delivers results with high quality account managers who understand the market they operate in.

Results-driven company. They have sent us 2MW of opportunities in the last 6 months. We don't do anymore cold calling or Google ads as it's just simply not needed.

I have been working with Clean Energy Group for over 10 months now. I don't really write reviews for companies. The reason I am is they have delivered time and time again. If I ever have any changes or questions, Andrew and our Campaign Team handles it in a timely fashion. Clean Energy Group is the first lead company in over 2 years I have been buying commercial solar leads that has done everything expected.

At the start they seems to get on with it and asked a couple questions but not any real questions about our business.
when it did go live we connecting via linkedin but no replies most of them saying not interested. i asked for updates which i never got.
after a month to 2 months i went through and clicked on every person they had connected with and it was in the USA when we are in bristol, england and we wanted to get leads 1 hour away from where we live.
after complaining they tried to blame us and the market for not getting leads. after 3 email then finally read it and realised what they had done.
they then said they would set the campaign up again and run it in bristol. 2months in and we had one lead from a guy who just wanted to connect to sale us his product.
again the whole way through i ask for weekly update and show me how many leads have been sent out etc with no reply part from we will get this to you.
