Very timely delivery as usual with the Clean Water Store.

We already had an AIO and Water softener but our well was still having sulfer bacteria getting into our system. The spin down filter was always black and stink was coming steady. The peroxide injection pump installed easily and works perfectly. Within 24hrs our spin down is clean and 100% smell is gone. Wish I did this sooner.

The tech guys were super helpful and the supplies that I needed were in stock and delivered quickly.

The shipping was amazing and the support material made assembly easy.

The staff and support are great the parts pricing is not. I purchases a diaphram kit for a JR Pro 22 and it was three very cheap parts and it was $65. That was a crazy price for that $5 worth of parts.

Your representative, Demian Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and available, by email, phone and in person throughout my entire purchase. He was even available as late as the morning that my plumber was installing the system in my house and had questions (which Demian answered by phone). Thank you so much, the system is now up and running and I am 100% satisfied.

I ordered 4 items and only three were delivered. I tried several times to find out the status of the resin tank that wasn’t delivered but no success. I will be asking for a refund on the missing item.

Warranty support for the product I purchased from them was excellent. Would not hesitate to refer them or purchase from them again.

Delivered what I ordered and when it was supposed to come to me.

The product itself seems like good quality. However, I had several questions when installing, and could not get a response in time. I left a voice message when no return calls were made. After making contact with their admin person, I was waiting on a call from their technical staff. When I received the call three days later, I could not answer the phone, but I called back within two minutes. He did not answer my call and so I Left a message on his voicemail. He did not call me back. I noticed the next day that he sent an email directly after I didn’t answer his call. It is poor communication effort to ignore my voicemail message and simply rely on the fact that he sent me an email. He should have tried to call me back, especially considering that I called him back within two minutes of his call.

Excellent products, excellent customer service. The icing on the cake is the instructional videos that CleanWaterStore offers on Youtube. These really helped with my DIY installation!

Water treatment company’s are many and I’ve dealt with some that I trust as far as I can throw a Semi including a highly regarded USA company where the salesman would only honor 5% of the advertised 12% discount.

I filed complaints against another USA water treatment company who shipped loose parts in the softener brine tank without a list of what I bought and informed me they cannot provide installation directions for what they sell.

I came across Clean Water Store because of a positive review and I am now part of that list. I had all questions answered before my purchase and received both the advertised discounts and new parts in boxes with a package list and directions!

Customer Support is EVERYTHING and there was some confusion at first with customer support but once I had the right phone # and email, my questions were addressed quickly and with straight forward advice and directions. I was ensured they would accommodate me every step of the way until I was satisfied with my purchase and they were true to their word. With minor adjustments I have a working system and should a problem arise in the future I am confident it will be resolved with my best interest in mind. I highly recommend
