Really happy with the service I received from the team at clear choice, they spent lots of times going through colours and styles with me until we found the perfect windows and front door. 10/10, thanks again, would definitely recommend to a friend.

My mum and dad used clear choice for the windows on the front of the house and a new front door and they are not disappointed. From beginning to end the team were incredible, the organisation, the communication we could not fault them.

We will certainly be using clear choice again in the future and will certainly recommend to everyone!

Clear Choice Home Improvements did a satisfactory job with our home improvements. They worked on our conservatory roof, windows, and doors. The team was efficient and tidy, ensuring minimal disruption during the process. While there were positives, such as their professionalism and reasonable pricing, the overall experience was just okay. It's a reliable company but did not exceed expectations. 3 stars for a decent job.

Our very pleasant experience with Clear Choice started in March 2024. We wanted to replace most of our wooden framed windows and had discussions with some of the big names and were deterred by high prices and long lead-times. Then we had a knock on the door from a salesman who was dropping off leaflets in the area. I am normally tough on salesmen – but there was something about this one that persuaded me to give him a chance. This was our first meeting with James who proved himself over the next few months to be everything you would want as the main contact within a service company. We agreed a price and signed our first contract with the company. Throughout the process, James made everything easy – making changes to survey appointments to suit our schedule and coping with variations we made to our specification. The Installation Day was kept to and Terry and Dave arrived at the agreed time and worked steadily for the two days allocated for the installation. They were very professional with a wide range of skills and kept the working areas very tidy resulting in no inconvenience to us at all.
We were delighted with the installation, so we were quite happy to negotiate another contract for the replacement of our porch doors and main front door. Despite us making a few alterations along the way, the process from order to completed work went smoothly aided by Ian in the office who was outstanding at dealing with the manufacture of our doors and sticking to agreed schedules and keeping us informed throughout.
It should be noted that Clear Choice’s After-sales Service is as good as their Sales and Installation. The Company has been very good at responding quickly and efficiently to the few and very minor adjustments which we have identified since installation.
Altogether, we are confident in providing our recommendation for Clear Choice.

A company who are considerate towards the customer. Plenty of advice and explanations as to procedure. Punctual, polite, efficient and tidy. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I have now placed a second order with this firm and would have no hesitation in recommending them. A professional organisation.

Clear choice have just replaced our conservatory roof plus 2 new window panes. Very friendly professional team, nothing was to much trouble, excellent job would highly recommend.

Plastic roof replaced with Plastic imitation slate tiles. Very happy with the product and equally happy with all aspects of installation and professionalism of all concerned. Excellent company.

We arranged for Clear Choice to replace our old soffits and facia's. The job should have been straight forward but on the first day there were problems on one side of the house, we called the office and Ben and Ian came out immediately to check the work. What could have turned out to be a disaster was quickly picked up and turned around by their team. The guys sorted out the issue and made a fantastic job. We've had a few bad experiences in the past with tradesmen, but I've got nothing but respect for these guys and would definitely call on them again if the need arises. What more can I say, great communication from start to finish and a great job for a fair price.

Tues 22/10 had new patio doors installed Andy & mate carried out the install professionally and considering the Dust n brickwork moved the guys constantly tidied up as they did the job to avoid dirt everywhere

Brilliant job replacing our conservatory roof. Exactly what we wanted with tiled type finish which looks lovely.Installers where quick , friendly and very tidy after the works which only took 2 days.

I had a new front door and a conservatory inside roof done on both occasions they were very helpful in telling us what was going to happen , they came and did the roof and door cleaned up after they were very good and polite excellent in there job and the price of the job was very good. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My wife and I have been at our property for 35 years. We have always discussed replacing our windows and doors but have never been able to find the right company. From the initial leaflet drop at the door, to the brilliant (no pressure in the slightest) product and measurement visit at our property to 6 weeks later our now newly transformed home. We absolutely love our windows and doors. After much deliberation we are delighted that we decided to use Clear Choice. They offered full transparency, communication and a clear plan throughout which made us needn’t worry at all. We purchased a door and 2 windows from Clear Choice we had 2 other quotes but James was honest and did not make promises. They kept in touch and provided a date.It was just like it said on tin.'Good quality windows and door' kept to the arranged date for fitting.All looking good had minor adjustment to window after installed,came following day.Would not only recommend them, but will be ordering more.

We had our Conservatory roof replaced by them. Very proffessional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They also replaced window panes in the conservatory. I would highly reccomend them. A lovely group of people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you.

WOW I’m so happy with the windows and door I’ve had fitted, the quality is amazing, the fitters were brilliant. If I could give this company 10* I would. Highly recommended
