Need A lot of things to improve on
I believe Clearcover is fairly new Campany and it really needs a lot of improvement.
I had to call always only received call from littleton 2-3 times. They never listen to you.
I had couple of after market parts on my vehicle. “Which was totaled loss.”
I sent receipts and was never paid, and lied that it is included in the settlement.
I called snapsheet to verify if it was included
And they said it wasn’t included.
So my adjuster was lying to me.
I told her 5-6 times and littleton didn’t care at all. And I gave up.
Took 4 months to receive my payment. :(
Honestly very poor experience
And will be closing my policy with Clearcover.

I switched to Clearcover at the recommendation of my son to get better rates.
I switched to Clearcover at the recommendation of my son. My prior insurance kept raising rates each renewal period. With Clearcover, I was pleasantly surprised when rates were lower on my first renewal period. It was easy to sign up and the representatives were super friendly and supportive. I would recommend Clearcover to everyone.

It’s was so fast and easy to get a quote and the rate was lower and for more coverage than another other insurance company! It was also easy to finalize my coverage and start my policy! Easy, Reliable and Affordable
My Clearcover experience has been nothing but easy, fast. reliable and transparent. I switched over to Clearcover about a year ago and everything I need to access is right on my app—and not to mention—I have the same exact coverage as before with my other company, but for $150 cheaper every month. The estimation process is super fast
The estimation process is super fast. I submitted claim at 4:00 pm and the estimation came out at 5:30 pm. All process goes pretty fast. I would high recommend this company to anyone

Terrible terrible company!!
I had a good deal for Insurance until they CANCELED my policy in one day!! Without any written letter email, text message or anything!! I made my payments on time and i am a model insurance client, no tickets, no accidents, just a normal client.
I was going to pay 1 day late due to my pay period and boom, insurance lapse. I would avoid this company like the flu.

Good price bad service
Good price. But the service was bad after accident. It tooks months...
I feel like my adjustor was trying very hard to move the claim along and I appreciated her efforts. However everything seemed to be delayed.
Also, my refund was sent to entirely wrong email address.

Customer service doesn't respond
Horrible customer service. Possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. I had a payment not go through on the day it was due due to a card mix up. I immediately added a different card to the file and the payment went through on the exact same day. I even received a confirmation email saying that the payment had been received. About a week later I received a letter saying they have now canceled my policy due to non payment. I have been trying to get a hold of them for almost a month to try and sort it out and have not heard a single word from them. My Credit Union is now threatening to cancel the loan on my vehicle due to the cancellation of the policy which I already paid for and clear cover has not returned even a single email or phone call, unless you count an automated response that just says that they received your message. I guess if you enjoy dealing with customer service that never responds it's perfect for you.
