No help from support, site is currently broken. I can't access my order details or download my invoices. Contacted support twice, even went to discord to try and get help, no luck. No way other than their support email and their site support system to get anything fixed. I would give this site a lower rating but I unfortunately can't do so.

ClearlyDev is a great platform for enabling ROBLOX creators to sell their products. It allows any developer to sell any product, no matter how obscure. The selection is simply unbeaten and the interface, especially with the recent release of V2, is very slick. ClearlyDev have clearly listened to the community's feedback in terms of making noticeable improvements that make a genuine difference.

A common issue in the past has been payouts to sellers but they've knuckled down and been able to process payments rapidly now, even with Stripe's required processing period.

This company gets a lot of hate, but for what it does it's REALLY GOOD and improving everyday. They just released V2 in this new version I legit got my money 7 days after the customer bought my product, way better than V1.

Awful dealings with the owner Lucien an all round shady bloke. I understand that the company had a dataloss and it takes time to process, however the time it took for some users to get paid was just absolutely stupendous. You had to constantly nag Lucien to get your money, kept throwing excuses and gaslighting you for weeks upon end.

In the end, you have to threaten the owner with releasing Direct Messages between users as he’s too scared to ruin the reputation of him and his company, however day in day out, he continues to ruin the company’s reputation

I had waited since February to receive my payment and I had it on the 3rd of August after many communications between myself and Lucien. So in total had to wait about 6-7 months to receive a payout that was expected to be received within 30 days as listed on their website.

Poor performance.

ClearlyDev is an awesome way to boost your business or get paid for personal projects. Its an easy setup, very easy to submit products and you get lots of purchases.
Though, it comes with LOTS of ups and downs...

- It takes months and months to get your funds. Which, in all fairness, is a complete disaster. You may need those funds urgently but they aint in a panic.
- Product setups are easy, though once you submit, its almost 99% guarantee you'll have to prove "rights" to this product. In this case, it took us almost a week to prove we owned our products.

Though ClearlyDev is an awesome way to boost, you'll need a LOT of patience. And to whomever is reading this from ClearlyDev, please try and sort out the wait times.

I simply haven't received my purchase...

So yesterday I archived a product on my store, thinking it would just take the product off sale, nope. That's wrong, it actually means that you aren't able to even edit the product anymore and it remains on sale.

At the time of archiving the product I didn't know the product was still on sale, and was confused by how it just deleted the product from my list, so I thought "Okay so they just decided to delete it? Guess I'll reupload it with the fixed version." (There was just a problem with the product's code).

NOPE! Not allowed! Well what other options do I have? Because none have really been presented to me, I can't delete or edit the original product because I just don't have the right to do that anymore, even though its not likely to be purchased, there's still the off chance that someone does buy it and I've indirectly scammed them.

Please fix this and I may consider giving a better review.

Clearlydev is a complete scam. They are constantly increasing withdrawal times to now being an average of 2 months or longer to just get the money we earned as if their previous times of 1 month was bad enough already. What makes it even worse is they are constantly advertising that their company offers instant withdrawals causing many vendors to feel lied to. Furthermore, many of us are waiting for our dataloss funds which have been promised to be payed 2 months ago after already waiting since Winter. This is all going on while the owner himself refuses to respond to sellers as well as flaunting his vacations which one can only assume is from our hard earned money 👀. The website itself is also horrible one of the laggiest websites you can experience and instead of fixing it they are constantly advertising their new V2 website which looks just as horrible and will probably function just as bad. All of these reasons are why I shall be making a claim against clearlydev as the funds are being withheld against our will, with no transparency from any of the staff ( They will censor your messages if you do go against them. )

Amazing, I trust clearlydev over everything else. Would recommend

Definetly Wouldn't recomennd to anyone! I am still waiting for my money for around 7-8 months when the data leak happend, to emails I get responds like: Yeah we are handling it, yes your payout is on it's way, yes you will receive your payment soon but no actions

Support takes over 24 hours, they ignored my emails and redrafts for 5 days until I asked them how it was wrong, where they finally responded to my email saying my proof of ownership wasn't sufficient though it was enough.

Edit: They requested for more information to try to take down this post, they also deleted my account on clearlydev.

Second Edit: They take a 37.5% cut.

A really bad place to be a vendor, money from the dataloss has still not been received (been half a year), the withdrawal times are absurd. Not recommended to start with this business.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. ClearlyDev has been both a godsend and a curse. They hardly refund products even if it is within your consumer rights. Their pricing is also horrendous, you end up with 3 different prices and the price you pay at checkout is less than you actually pay. A £1 product is actually £1.44 although it says at checkout £1.20. The website is awfully laggy and slow, and for someone who browses a lot of products at once it really isn't fit for purpose.

As a seller on Clearly dev, I have had numerous issues with getting support when one of my products gets rejected or with any thing else for that matter. The website takes 20 seconds to load one page, and that is not an exaggeration. Finally the recent data loss meant that I had many products de-listed and money lost. They need to get their game together.

I love the things that I have brought they work and that is great value.

I have been a trusted vendor on clearly and the customer service and treatment to the store owners are soo bad. They fail to address issues fast and hold payments for months and lose payment data aswell. I believe that fraudulant activities are happening behind the scene

I’m facing the same issues others have mentioned. The owner and staff constantly make empty promises like “payments will be made next week,” yet nothing ever happens. It's been months of waiting with no progress.

Product approvals take forever, sometimes weeks, and withdrawals are painfully slow and often taking over a month. The website itself is outdated, slow, and full of bugs. It feels like no real effort is being made to improve anything.

DMCA takedowns and review requests are handled just as badly, either ignored or endlessly delayed.

Yes, the platform makes money off its users, but is it worth it? Only if you're comfortable waiting months just to access your own earnings. Very disappointing.

ClearlyDev is a good marketplace to sell your products and reach new buyers. It works well overall, and I’ve been able to make pretty good money here. The site does have a few small bugs, but those are just minor details. It’s definitely worth using.
