My id records are wrong
My id records are wrong - I had to make an in-branch appointment with my bank to show them the ID details in order for them to take this seriously. Even then there is no guarantee that your report will be changed AND your company provides no information how to chase this up with yourselves and takes no responsibility.

Ive been with Clearscore for around 1 year now and they're constantly up to date with the scores. Ive used other resources and i find Clearscore is more acurate then the others

I dont understand how you come to your…
I dont understand how you come to your ratings. I have not missed any payments on my accounts they are always kept up to date. All ,my car payments always on time. Credit cards also. Some accounts almost paid off. Yet you still give a low credit rating. It was 680 not long ago and has now dropped to about 480 totally unfair system of rating. Please dont reply stating send an email to the complaints dept as ypou do on most complaints. It repetitious.
