In the last week, they have switched to a new survey platform. The same one that Pinecone Research and Product Report Card have switched to in the last month. Now, they ALL SUCK! Massive spam type invites every day that either tell you they are no longer available and closed or does not fit my profile. How do they know it does not fit my profile if I never get to answer one question!!?? If the link does take you to a working survey, many times you will spend 10 to 15 minutes answering dozens of questions only to be zapped out and told you do not qualify. In actuality, they have ruined what once were decent panels to what now is nothing but mere useless internet fodder. They will lose a lot of their membership and will be SORRY in the long run. They are now working on the premise of make as much money as they can by taking advantage of the survey taker until they get tired of it and quit. Blast out as many emails and advertise to suck in new members....to replace the ones that are quitting in droves. What a disappointment!

When i first joined i didn't really use my [joined 2023-2024] account but as of 2025 i started to use it more and more and I've been accepted for 3 testing products and 3 surveys which paid me a total of almost 280 dollars! Redeem my gift cards for Amazon instantly! No problems Redeeming nor using them on my Amazon account! So far I've nothing but the best experience with clearvoice surveys!

More times than not, I’m asked numerous questions that are clearly survey type questions. Then I’m told I didn’t qualify. Seems they get their surveys done for free this way. Do not recommend!

Very bad survey company.Mostly not qualified or before I even start the survey get to see that my answers are not accepted.Got 2 product tests,a body wash to test for 1 week and a candy.The candy never came and the surveys for the body wash didn't work.The last time I got the survey finally done but it gave me a system error at the end.Not worth my time.There are better survey companies out there.

Took a survey, did a product test, completed survey and it said my answers were not accepted. I did not get paid.

I had an account with clearvoice, now I don't hear from them, they kept my points and I can't login, now they send me surveys through another survey companies, after I finish the survey they say the survey is closed, I am going to report them to BBB.

Over many years I have used most all survey companies. ClearVoice is one of the worst! While they sometimes “reward” you with 10 cents for trying, it takes months to get to $10 when the best you can get is 10 cents a try. They are a waste of time and effort!!

They invite me to a survey and before I even get asked any questions they tell me my answers don’t fit the survey. How can my answers not fit when I haven’t even answered a question yet?????

I'm a 78-year-old male with a high income and no debt. It's nearly impossible to find a survey that I qualify for. Early on, I found surveys readily. I accumulated over $30, and it magically disappeared.

Created an account on 8/30, entered all of my information, only to get an error message. I contacted support and got this response on 9/01: "Our team is unable to verify your profile and identity. For your protection and ours, we have placed your account on hold. If you believe this analysis is in error, please provide one (1) of the following for verification ... Such identification documents may include: • Driver’s License or State ID • Official Tax Document (W-2, SSA-1099, or Non- SSA-1099) • Paystub (no paychecks) • First-Class Mail (including Name and Address) Please provide 3 pictures: You holding the documentation (face included). The documentation itself. You making a ‘peace sign’ with your middle and index fingers (face included). Please blackout any sensitive information. Our team will verify applicable fields such as name, date of birth, address, and telephone number to ensure alignment with your account. All sensitive documentation and data sent to us will be purged upon verification of identity or inability to verify identity." Really? Considering the bad reviews I've seen, I don't trust them at all.

I received several surveys a day and EVERY single one says I do not qualify for it and gives me either 10 cents or nothing at all.

I was sent a survey, to which I responded. After initial questions were answered, I was notified that I qualified for the survey. I spent the 15-20 minutes to complete the survey, entered my email address for payment code. After all this, I was then notified (after entry of email address) that the "survey was closed. Sorry for the inconvenience". So, basically, they took all my responses, and current email address, and at the very very end, reneged on the promise of payment. Very dishonest. They got my answers and time for free; a nasty bait and switch. Never again.

Give me a minute, but be assured the experience is that of a smooth operation. Sorry, Michael.

Clearevoice surveys are wonderful. Not only is this an excellent way to fill up time but it also pays.

I've been taking surveys across any site I could find that would legitimately payout and payout a fair amount. Needless to say, Clearvoice has been my go to survey site, above all the others out there, because not only do the rewards pay fairly, they don't have some insane amount that you have to reach before you can cash out. And although the payout option is set to Amazon gift certificates only, I have yet to need something that I couldn't find on Amazon, so it works out super well for me! I highly recommend Clearvoice Surveys to anyone looking to make some extra money, you won't be disappointed!

This was the fastest payout I've received from any other survey platform! The surveys are actually enjoyable and you get rewarded even if you don't qualify for a survey once you've started. All in all it's a great platform to make your opinion count!
