Operating out of a Staples Office Supply store in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, they're cashing in on the online nightmare of stalling and misleading and fraudulent operation. Folks, before buying anything, look at the public reviews, other than their site postings, and if there's complaints, don't buy!

This is a fake company.... Goodle number with no response or message. They are all over tiktok with fake reviews... They are Google top search in sponsor ads. Ordered one, never came, zero reply from company... Do not ordered... I believe it's a foreign company... The fake tracking order says it's international... Tracking number is fake, no company associated with it

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a Cleopatra mask and then chose to cancel the order within a few working hours. The cancellation request was acknowledged and confirmed initiated via an email response from what appeared to be an AI bot called Tiff. The bot advised that my refund would be processed within a few days however it must be designed to draw out the interaction without actually solving anything. There is no way to contact a human as the phone number listed on the web page is not recognized. A Staples in Cedar Rapids, IA was quoted as their business address. After over a week of corresponding with Tiff by email and raising their awareness to my suspicions of fraudulent behavior, I am yet to receive my refund nor product. So I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Complete SCAM
Complete SCAM. Recently bought one mask for my wife. After several tries to contact them both on phone and email I had to report to to the bank. The send you a couple of emails but they never respond back once you buy the mask. DO NOT BUY. Also all the reviews and articles much be generated with AI and fake
No Replacement or Refund for Defective Product
Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a Cleopatra mask and received a defective one. It does not have blue/green charging lights. I have had difficulty getting it to charge, even with different chargers. I contacted customer service and interacted with an AI bot called Tiff. The bot is designed to stretch out the interaction without actually solving the problem. There is no way to contact a human. A Wyoming location appears on my credit card statement and a Staples in Cedar Rapids, IA is listed on the web site. After days of backing and forthing with Tiff by email, providing a video of the malfunction and a screengrab of their own policy, I requested a replacement and was met with silence. After reinitiating contact, I again requested replacement. With no commitment to replace, I twice requested a refund and got silence. So I have just disputed the charge with my credit card company, received a temporary credit, and need to wait 90 days to see what happens.

Completely a scam. Mask stopped working after 6 weeks. an AI bot responds to emails and will not provide a refund or an RA number for an authorized return even with in the guarenteed 60 days

Mask quickly malfunctions
At first I loved the mask but it stopped working after a month of use. After months of emailing back and forth I still have not received a refund. This company is 100% a scam. Additionally, the reviews on their own website are of course fraudulent. I’ve tried to leave a review to warn others and it does not post.
60-Day Guarantee is a Scam
Cleopatra Mask offers a 60-day guarantee and warranty. My mask stopped working after 5 uses within two weeks of receiving it. I reached out to customer service to get a replacement or refund. They will not agree to either. Over three weeks, I have sent them videos, photos, and documentation that the mask does not charge. They stopped responding to me, presumably in an attempt to run out the 60 days. I sent a form letter from my bank as a courtesy and finally got a response. I have resent all the documentation again, and still, they will not allow me to send the mask back for a refund. (I have no desire to get a replacement at this point.)
Short lifespan for this expensive item
I purchased the mask February 17. It arrived March 1 - I used it daily until May 2 when it stopped dead. I have reached out to the company NUMEROUS times. Initially they asked for a video (!) of it not operating - which I did TWICE. I have emailed and attempted to call - to no avail. Save your money!!!
