I've done multiple surveys (the earliest 6 months ago) and never received any payment and their customer service team don't respond to any of my emails about it. Avoid them and save your time!

I have completed multiple surveys for CleverX over the past few months and have not received any payment. The oldest outstanding payout is over 4 months old. I have emailed their support team twice directly; neither has received a reply. Reading other reviews here, I can see this is a widespread issue and not an isolated case. I'm happy to update this review if CleverX makes contact and resolves the outstanding payments, but until then I cannot recommend this platform.

Complete scam - do not use. Completed survey and still waiting for payment months later. Emailed the company asking for payment details but no response to emails. Constantly receiving requests to fill in more surveys.

SCAM - Confirming what the others experts are saying, you spend time filling in surveys, and you spend even more time awaiting for payments to arrive. Disclaimer: it never does. Other Expert networks pay in 2/4 days for the fastest, and 10/20 days for the slowest.

I am waiting for 6 month now to get my money paid - will never work for them any more

I completed a professional survey on November 26th. It has been over 50 days, and the status is still stuck in 'Review.' I have sent multiple emails to support and management over the last month, all of which have been ignored. The platform has effectively ghosted me while holding my data/work. I caution other professionals against using this platform until they resolve their payout liquidity issues.

Huge delays with purpose into every project.

I have reached out to support several times, no response at all!

I will delete my account soon, stay aware and away, they don't pay but they get your data!

I participated in a CleverX research study months ago, completed the questionnaire for a Digital Media Advertising Strategies, and have not yet received the promised payment. What makes it worse is that I’ve never received a substantive follow-up to resolve it, but I keep receiving invitations to join more studies.

CleverX markets itself as a platform for “paid opportunities” and says participants can “earn fair incentives,” and even claims work is “100% payment and payout protected.”My personal experience did not match that promise.

And it’s not just me: on Trustpilot, multiple reviewers describe very long payout delays, difficulty withdrawing funds, and lack of response when chasing payments. Other review platforms also summarize recurring complaints about compensation delays and payout friction.

When payments don’t show up, and support doesn’t respond, it raises serious concerns about credibility and data integrity. Be cautious using this scamming service!

Cleverx team, if you read this review (instead of emails), please remove me from your research/participant outreach list immediately and stop sending scamming invitations.

Over a year and still not paid for my participation. Absolute scam. There's also no way to unsubscribe from emails or delete my account easily.

Loooo...ong process of payout -- if you complain, of course. Without complaining, you might even get no payout at all.

It's been 2 months and still nothing. The amout is there, but there's NO WAY of withdrawal it.

Still waiting on a payment from 3 months ago and what makes it worse is that nobody is aknowledging/replying to my continuous messages.
I've had contact with someone called Mir and with the founder Sharekh and both did nothing to issue the payment. In the past this never happened but since my direct contact has left the agency, cooperating with CleverX has turned into a nightmare. To all Experts: STAY AWAY from this company

I used to interact with a human there which wasn't great but now it's under a dashboard and is much worse- only a chatbot to talk with. No, I haven't received any payments from the surveys I completed this year. I'm going to stop cooperating because the likelihood of a payment arriving has become very low.

Consistently I spend a lot of time on surveys that receive no payout. I hosted an expert phone call with a CleverX client and still havent received the $150 part of the contract deal.

3 not 1 cause I found the surveys interesting and pay rate wasn't bad. I've been waiting for 5 months to receive payment for 3 surveys I completed and that's quite disappointing coming from a company with your status.

Great company

I work as a collaborator with CleaverX and have great respect for the company’s mission, the quality of the research projects, and the way they curate professionals. I’ve always been treated well and truly value the work we do together.
However, I feel it's important to point out a critical issue: frequent and prolonged delays in payments. On several occasions, I’ve waited months for pending payments with no updates or clear communication from the company. This lack of transparency creates frustration and a sense of insecurity, which is unfortunate, especially considering how much I believe in what CleaverX is building.
I’m sharing this experience with the hope that the company will improve its payment management and communication with collaborators. There is real value here—but that value should be reflected in how contributors are treated.

Had a couple of successful projects and payouts with them. Had a project in April of 2023 that I completed and my dashboard still reads "payment pending". Every time I get an invite I let them know why I decline yet no resolution on payment.

Great experience from start to finish. Quick to respond and offered a variety of surveys and payout options.
