If I could give this agency zero stars

If I could give this agency zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.

The experience was extremely frustrating and felt dishonest from start to finish. The website advertises very low ticket prices, but when you call to confirm, they claim the return flight isn’t actually secured. If you try to cancel, you’re suddenly told there’s a cancellation fee—only for them to then change their story and say the flights are confirmed, but without baggage allowance.

From there, they push you to rebook on different dates at a much higher price than what you originally agreed to. The whole process feels misleading and untrustworthy.

Given the number of similar negative experiences, it’s surprising this agency is still operating as it is. I strongly recommend booking through a reputable travel provider or directly with the airline to avoid these issues.

SCAM ALERT – Bait Pricing / Bait-and-Switch

I purchased two business class flights from London Heathrow to Manila for travel on 20 October through Click2Book, paying in full with my American Express card. The payment was successfully processed and charged.

After four days, having still not received a PNR or ticket confirmation, I contacted Click2Book. I was then informed that the flights I had already paid for were supposedly “sold out.” Immediately afterwards, they attempted to sell me alternative tickets on an airline with a poorer reputation, at an additional cost of £589 per ticket.

This appears to be a clear case of bait pricing / bait-and-switch, where a fare is taken as payment and later claimed to be unavailable in order to pressure customers into paying more.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Their responses are generic, copy-and-paste replies that do not address the issue or take responsibility.

Never had the ticket so tried to say that I didn’t pay for baggage though there was no option. Avoid can’t guarantee seats.

CLEARLY A SCAM - DO NOT USE

They will charge far less for flights, call you and ask for more money because of flight changes, then keep calling you for more money for more flight changes.

A clear scam, when they don't need your passport details to book a flight.

Even more clear scam when they don't send you your tickets are saying repeatedly on the phone that they will send them "shortly".

SCAM!! The company took my card details, charged me for the flight, and then, when the route home I wanted was unavailable, I had to pay +1k more to change the flight or £200 to cancel.

Just booked last night and I called…

Just booked last night and I called this morning to check as I see it pending on my credit card but no confirmation.

I was told I need to pay more for baggage. I saidni dont need baggages. They then said I have to pay extra for taxes and airline fees.

I said no the price I paid last night includes taxes and fees.

He said the flight is already confirmed. I asked for the confirmation number he could not give me any but states my purchase is in the queue and will be processed in an hour. I said, I dont agree to the additional charges and I do not want to go through with the transaction as I will book elsewhere. He said, he will still make the transaction go through and I will have no choice but to pay for the additional. These people are scammers. They have sister companies. Traveljunction AVOID AVOID AVOID.

SCAMMERS.
Bad practice.
Bad business.
AVOID at all cost.

I already informed my credit card company and i have emailed the trabal agency and their sister company stating that no flight confirmation has been received and I do not agree to additional charges and want a refund.

I also have recording of the phone call so I will not hesitate to post if they try to escalate and delay this further.
