Your service is fine. Like I said I DO NOT NEED YOUR SERVICES ANYMORE SO STOP CHARGING ME. ITS VERY SIMPLE. Its called customer service.

Thanks for your reply. I've escalated your request upwards as it's not a customer service related matter, but it sounds like you've changed marketing direction and you're asking for us to release you out of your signed contract before the termed expiration date. Let me see what we can do on our end to ensure we can maintain your happiness level.

Just note that the reason we have a termed contract is we invest in every customer that signs up with us. Meaning, a lot of resources are used to maintain and create an account. This is to ensure each campaign sent from our system is optimized for delivery.

Incompetent Liars and Thieves, Do Not Do Business w/ This Company

This company is incompetent and they're liars and thieves. After months of trying to cancel my account, I finally hear back from someone and they disavow any knowledge of my attempts to cancel. So they've stolen 7 months worth of fees from me as my marketing efforts were shut down with Covid-19 in April. Do not do business with this company.

Don't use this company

Don't use this company! It's a complete waste of time with horrible customer service. They will promise you everything and don't deliver while making excuses throughout and then blaming you for the issues.

Their cleaning system is supposed to be highly advanced... Not true. We did another clean and found multiple spam traps that their system didn't catch. All of sudden they have some new cleaner that works now! But still it's your fault about the list quality for a service that specifically markets they have an advanced cleaners and sends to cold lists in bulk to generate leads? That seems a bit ironic

First 2 campaigns in row got blacklisted which is something they are supposed to take care of on their. They did nothing about it until I had to inquire what the issue is. Next campaign, same thing happened and they didn't do anything for another 3 days.

They provide really bad support to get you up and running and resolve issues. Takes days to get a response and sometimes not response at all. Lots of excuses. Finally they end up blaming us for a "bad list".

Stay away- it's not worth it. And if you have an issue, good luck going back and forth for weeks to resolve it

Apologies for the delayed response. Sorry to hear about your experience with us. We do pride ourselves on our list hygiene and verification services baked into our Clickback solution. It's very thorough in removing spam traps, hard bounces and other less than desirable domains for optimal deliverability. However, there are circumstances where a list is of lower quality. I know that at times it's not always what a customer wants to hear as marketing dollars are often used to invest in a list. But, there are list providers out there who scrape the data off the internet and it contains a large number of spam traps and bad email addresses. A low quality list can cause an increase in hard/spam-related bounces and therefore lead to blacklisting of domains and IPs which cause deliverability issues.

It's why we have several reputable data providers we partner with and recommend to ensure the best list quality possible, so when customers send a campaign from Clickback, their results and outcome is high.
