Excellent product at a good value and will be using again slightly cautious about the claim of next day dispatch if purchase made before x time do not know if they are slower at dispatch or if there courier of choice is slow so need to be quicker in placing re order to insure that I don’t run out of product

I have never purchased from this company or signed up to any mailings however on 22/02/2022 this company started to send me unsolicited promotional emails.

By 2nd March I had received 4 of these emails 22/02, 25/02, 26/02 and 02/03.

This is really concerning because this email address is not one used in general circulation but one that is used solely on two competitors websites (who dont send me promotional emails).

I sent them an email on 03/03/2022 @ 07:56 to their main info address advising that I had never signed up to anything and asked them to explain why they had started this unsolicited emailing and where did they get my email address from.

As of today they have not bothered to reply with an explanation, what they have done however is send me a further 4 unwanted emails 07/03, 14/03, 21/03 and today 01/04.

I've quoted all the dates here so hopefully I might get the well overdue explanation and these emails stopped.

Sold me a dodgy e-cig had it less than 24 hours went to charge it for the 1st time and wouldn’t charge . Will not accept they have sold me a faulty item and holding no responsibility. Asked for a refund and they are having non of it . Staff are rude and don’t know the consumer rights act 2015 on their own return policy .

Excellent product nice to find the original vip again ! Order comes quick and when i ordered wrong product by accident they sorted it straight away . Also everytime you buy you collect points off your order or future orders

Best online vape store ever, I used to get my relx pods from other sites and it would be either be too expensive or the delivery would be late but ClickVape is so much more affordable and deliver super quick, too! Highly recommended.
