Complete Non-Delivery, Months of Silence, and No Refund – Avoid at All Costs
I paid Jalal Khan and Clientflow Acquisition Ltd $2,500 via wire transfer in September 2025 for client acquisition services, including building systems and booking sales calls for my business.
What I received: absolutely nothing of value.
• Zero client calls booked since September 2025.
• Total non-responsiveness since January—no replies to multiple follow-ups, no progress updates, no reports, no screenshots, no evidence of any work whatsoever.
• When I finally demanded a partial refund of $2,000 in early 2026, Jalal responded once claiming “campaigns are underway” and “messaging is running,” but provided zero proof and then went silent again.
• I sent formal demand letters with clear deadlines (up to February 16, 2026), offering a reasonable compromise.
No refund, no communication, no resolution—over a month later as of March 2026.
This was not just poor service; it was a complete failure to deliver on promises after taking my money. I relied on representations of results and support, but got months of ghosting instead. This has wasted my time, money, and opportunity—$2,500 gone with nothing to show.
If you’re considering Clientflow Acquisition or working with Jalal Khan: do not. Their Trustpilot ratings (from other reviewers) might just be fake and do not match my experience at all. Save yourself the headache and find a provider who actually communicates and delivers.
I will be seeking legal action. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've been a communication coach for over 10 years now and I was sick of leadgen agencies promising a lot and under delivering. I was hesitant here too and fortunately things are going well so far. We closed 4 clients @$5k last month so that's more than I expected. Yes I recommend any coach to work with Clientflow.

I joined the Clientflow app a week ago and they setup my email sending infrasturcuture and the team actually took the initial call with me so it was really helpful. The metrics within the app and unibox is soo helpful. I can handle all the conversations from one place. Need this specifically designed for coaches.

the people behind this company a happen to have never delivered what was promised in our contract. Please search about the company online that verifies whether or not it’s in good standing and see for yourself. We paid $5k - never delivered. no communication and finally after a formal demand letter they responded saying they are sorry, things got out of hand and that they cannot refund the money back - which is against the contract. I’m pursuing legal action and they will be served soon.

I sell precision lab testing and nutrition programs to c-level executives as a health coach. Before Jala reached out via cold email, I was just stuck in referrals and manual sending on Linkedin and IG. But as Jalal said in videos I tied my revenue to my will power and it was difficult to have that consistency in income. But in the last 3 months after joining, I feel we finally have the consistency and scale I was actually thinking of. Thanks Clientflow.

It's hard to trust anyone nowadays. Took some timein deciding but it was worth it. My ticket size is high so I think Clientflow was the right choice.
They're doing well so far it's been 4.5 months and I see the momentum we're a bit behind on revenue but I'm confident we'll be there soon.
