Great question regarding the 200% — it means we balance twice the amount of your calculated carbon footprint. This is done to account for uncertainties in calculations and to ensure a net positive climate impact.

High School Students LOVE this!!!
I am a high school Biology teacher, so I LOVE to use this program with my students when we discuss sustainability, pollution, and the Biogeochemical Cycles! The students love seeing their impact and working together to come up with their solutions to make the world a cleaner place!

Información muy interesante sobre los intereses para conservar y mejorar la salud del planeta. Recomiendo hacer el test sobre la huella de carbono, me ha ayudado a entender mejor los hábitos diarios que se pueden cambiar. Voy a intentar bajar ese 3,3 !!!

Ho fatto il test agevolmente, in pochi minuti, ed ho acquisito all'istante consapevolezza sulla mia impronta ecologica e sull'impatto che le mie scelte anche familiari hanno sull'ambiente. Il test è accurato e il feedback consente molte riflessioni utili ad un impegno personale concreto, con obiettivi chiari e significativi. Consiglio decisamente la piattaforma a quanti cercano strumenti validi e pratici per fornire un proprio apporto all'ambiente e contribuire in modo documentato alla vita del/nel nostro pianeta.

Completing the Climate Hero carbon calculator
I'm proactive when considering the effect my life has on my granddaughter's future. I'm 79 but she is only 13 so I won't be around for much of her adult life and it's important to me to do my best for her future.
Completing the Climate Hero carbon calculator gives me an opportunity to see how the way I live my life compares to others and how I can continue to improve my carbon footprint.

Personal carbon footprint was easy to assess. I liked the second part where you set goals to reduce your CF. Great to have something to measure. Keep up the good work - it is so important for each of us to do our share of reducing Co2 emissions.
