Went through order eligibility process and was unable to provide identity details as was away. £89 was deducted from my account without even placing an order. This I clearly a scam!
Tried to contact them but make it almost impossible to get resolve.
Do not use this scam site! All bad reviews! It’s some scamming pharmacy using Morrisons name to gain credibility!

Had to give one star as no facility to rate ZERO,!!!!

Ordered 1.5 Wegovy tablets 1 st August.

Still mot recieved.

Contacted customer services, told order not accepted!!????
Despite them taking 89.00 immediately.

Told 89.00 will be automatically refunded within 10 working days if not to contact my bank!

It's a scam!!! Avoid!! Do not waste your money.

I work for a national newspaper so will be ensuring this scam company/website is investigated and reported on!!!

Total lack of information about dosage and methods of administration – it's assumed the customer will have an intimate knowledge of the drug.

This led to me wasting money on completely the wrong purchase, and the ensuring customer service (when humans were involved) was tetchy, dogmatic, customer-critical and unhelpful.

Very dissapointing. I cancelled my weight loss Wegovy 30tablets just a few days after I ordered them costing £89.00.
I cannot find any refund that has gone back into my bank account or pending either. nothing at all. I was told by you that it would take a few weeks at most" but so far nothing (Even no transaction anywhere in my Paypal account.)
My order was made 16th July. Looks like I have lost £89.00!!

Not Happy

I purchased two Muanjara jabs for £330. The 2.5ml barrell is jammed. It doesn’t work, it has never worked. The customer service, or lack of, is shocking. In the first instance they don’t believe me, despite sending footage. Secondly they told me to go to the manufacturer, which is incorrect. My contract is with Morrisons. The current final outcome being I have been advised to use all 100 of the needles provided, only then will they go to the manufacturer and it will then take 45-working days to decide if my CLEARLY faulty pen is in fact faulty, or that I’m lying about it. Do not use this company. Their licence to sell Muanjaro should be revoked.

I orderd my Wegovy Tablets. Everything arrived quickly. However i brought the bundle of 2 packs of 1.25mg not realising anywhere that I only needed 1 pack as after each month you go up to a higher dosage. I contacted Morrisons to ask for a refund or exchange for the next dose of 4mg and stated they are mis selling on there webpage bundles that customers cannot use. Do not purchase any of the bundles. I was advised that they cannot advise me what to order, but it states on their webpage "I am not able provide professional medical advice and for personalised information regarding your treatment" so who the hell is reviewing new customer online enquiries and issuing these prescriptions as it should be a fully qualified pharmacist that can advise and should advise. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH MORRISONS! Big company name that should know better than to scam customers!!!

Absolutely horrendous service. Avoid at all costs. Spend the extra money and use Asda pharmacy or similar!

They are quick to take your money, but fail to deliver - literally! I have been waiting over a week, despite it being Royal Mail 24 hour trached.
You cant speak to a real person.
Do not part with your money - go elsewhere

Advertised £45 off for friends. They ordered, quoting my link, received NO discount. Said I'd get £20, which they send you an email which isn't £20 and cannot seem to be redeemed anywhere. It seems to be a non-existent promotion. I'd expect Morisons to be trustworthy, clearly not.

I ordered online - there was no link to provide the photos they requested

Another link was sent which didn’t work, so another link was sent which did work

By the time anyone reviewed the images the payment had expired so I remade payment - which they then said they couldn’t see (despite proof it had left my bank) - and requested payment AGAIN

By now 11 days has passed since the original order and they can’t even work out if I have ordered!

I have now asked to cancel everything with them so have just wasted 12 days for no benefit

It’s clearly not Morrisons and just outsourced to a company that don’t know what they’re doing. There are lots of similar reviews. Don’t bother. Pay a bit extra and go somewhere else

Absolute rubbish service. I ordered my weight loss medication and it’s taking forever for them to send it over. They request things that no other company wants. I only used them for the referral discount and will not be returning

Avoid, obfuscated every call about faulty unsafe Mounjaro pen.No accountability if customer has received an order where pen becomes stuck, followed every advice and still they pushed back on exploring what went wrong or properly raising a complaint with manufacturer. Treated as if I was trying to scam them.

Avoid, zero customer service, just money grabbers.

Worst service.

Took 300 pounds, then just pretended i didn't exist. Weeks pass...

No products, no emails, no calls. AI when you contact them, and then they chase you for feedback...

Do not use them - they just get money to hurt your health. They should be stripped of the ability to deal in prescription products.

I do not recommend buying anything from this pharmacy online. They just make excuses and apologize. I bought 2 there and never again. When you need help, the employee sighs that you are annoying her. Unprofessional approach, they make excuses for the post office, which is not the customer's problem but the seller's and they should have a different way and not make a fool of the customer!

Hello this is a true review of my experience,i had 12.5mg delivered for £299,i have used the pens over 16 times and everytime i watch a video at the same time.On this occasion after priming etc i put the needle into my thigh and the pressure on the pen was very hard it would not push down properly i looked down at my thigh and just the needle part was in my thigh and a 5 mm runner red balloon had come out of the pen,i pulled the needle out of my thigh and tried a new needle again the same,this was not a problem to me what is the problem is that Morrisons after me emailing twice and sending pictures want me to purchase again £299 and then they collect the faulty pen whilst it goes to the USA for investigation .If they do not agree i lose my money (and i bet they will not agree),this process can take upto 45 days yes 45 days in this day and age,i have been a good paying customer for 4 months yes i am losing weight slowly and it is not a problem the pen is Faulty the problem is they want me to spend more money rather than exchange the pen ,i even offered to send it back at my cost on special delivery,this was not good enough so as i say AVOID,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID
The guy on the phone at 4.50pm today i do not know his name (it may of been William) but i think he was Scottish was extremely rude talking over me as though i was a ten year old .

Ordered weight loss jab, have been using a different company but was lured in by the discount. You need to sign for the delivery meaning if you work full time you’ll miss it as it’s a 8-5pm slot. When you contact customer service it’s AI that responds. If you work full time in frontline services I’d avoid them, the inflexibility will give you life admin you do not need.

I placed my order 4 weeks ago, no updates from them, I contacted them 3-4 times and this can only be done on an online messaging service to be told it’s in review. They’ve held my money for a month and no product, no service. All very poor and I wish I had read their reviews prior, I thought a mainstream supermarket would provide a better service. Shame!
