The mediator between surgeon and client was so so lovely and patient. For example when I requested more photos of the procedure they contacted the surgeons and got them for me and went through everything over text. very informative and kind workers

This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever felt with. They botched up my face & are saying “I didn’t have any allergies” when I clearly expressed my concerns that i’ve had in the past & showed pictures. They assured nothing would happen. But now I’ve been to the hospital 3x, had ct scans & ultrasound sounds done, I’ve been on antibiotics & steroids for the past month! I’ve spent an extra 4k trying to get rid of the damage they’ve done. They don’t care about your health, they only want the money. BEWARE! RUN FOR YOUR HEALTH. Because they don’t care about it once you paid.

Save your money, they’re not worth it. You will thank me later!

Очень хорошие кураторы у клиники. крайне внимательные и добрые люди. был на консультации у пластического хирурга Prof. Dr. Gurhan, очень профессиональный человек. Общался с ним через русскоязычного переводчика (Эльвира) Прекрасный переводчик. Очень комфортно все объяснили, не спешили и ничего не навязывали. Рассказали, как подробно проходит операция и все мелкие нюансы. Вообщем, я очень благодарен и на сегодняшний день считаю одной из лучших клиник, у которой я был.

Софія оперативно зв’язалась зі мною після мого запиту на сайті та зібрала усі необхідні дослідження та анамнез моєї хвороби.
Вже пройшло 1,5 місяці після моєї операції (артроскопія колінного суглоба) і я дуже задоволена результатом. Велика дяка усьому персоналу та лікарям клініки Малвазінка, я приїхала в Прагу сама з України і жодного дня не почувала себе самотньою , за мною дуже гарно доглядали і відносилися до мене з турботою. Excellent and quick respond to the all our requests regarding the price of the examination, location of the hospital and transfer. There is no need to wait for anything and transfers to the hotel and to the clinic Memorial were great. The Lady on line is always helpful and nice. She organized translator and scan with doctor visit in one day everything by the dates that I asked.

My name is Farhad Aliyev. I have had Parkinson's since 2008, but in recent years it became unbearable and I decided to have a DBS. I googled and came straight to СliniсsonCall and luckily my coordinator was a Ukrainian girl named Sofia - I owe my comeback to her and the company she works for - not only did she patiently answer all my tricky questions but with the utmost professionalism she led me to Medipol Hospital and Dr. Ali Zirh, who brilliantly performed the surgery.
Because I was treated in Istanbul and Sofia is working in another country we didn't see each other and I still can't thank their team personally, I hope we will see each other one day. Thank you so much again!
