I rate Cliniko highly.
I'm astonished to read the negative reviews - I have used Cliniko for years. The software itself is great, does what it should do, it's intuitive.
The team are responsive - true, there's no phone support, but they respond within a couple of hours, and there's not been anything they couldn't handle, and have always been patient explaining when it's a user issue.
Really recommend them - it's a really good price for the product offering.
