Leider bin ich von Clip Hair sehr enttäuscht. Die Haare haben mir überhaupt nicht gefallen und sahen für mich weder hochwertig noch schön aus. Deshalb wollte ich sie zurückschicken und von meinem Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen. Besonders enttäuschend war für mich jedoch der Umgang mit der Rückgabe. Die Haare wurden trotz meiner Anfrage nicht zurückgenommen, sodass ich die Angelegenheit nun über Klarna klären muss. Für mich stimmt hier weder die Qualität noch der Kundenservice. Ich würde aufgrund meiner Erfahrung definitiv nicht noch einmal bei Clip Hair bestellen und kann den Shop leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase. However, we do feel it is important to clarify the circumstances surrounding your return request, as the review does not reflect the reason the return was declined.
Our return policy for curly hair extensions requires the hair to be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, without the hygiene bands being removed or the hair being handled. From the photographs provided, it was clear that the hygiene bands had been removed from the hair.
The hygiene bands are in place specifically to protect the original curl pattern and ensure the hair remains in a resalable, hygienic condition. There is also a clear label on the inside of the box explaining that removing the hygiene bands voids the eligibility for a return. This information is provided to customers before the hair is handled so that they are aware of the return conditions.
Once the hygiene bands have been removed, the curl pattern can be compromised and, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to resell the extensions. For this reason, we were unfortunately unable to accept the return. This decision was made in accordance with our stated return policy and was not a refusal to honour your statutory rights.
We understand that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we believe it is important to distinguish between being unhappy with a product and meeting the conditions required for it to be eligible for return. We have explained this to you directly, including the reason the return could not be accepted.
