The Cliphair extensions are perfect!!

I love my new extensions from Cliphair!! They’re beautiful and the color matches perfectly!! The packaging is exquisite and compliments my order since the quality of the extensions deserves to be packaged well!!
My only complaint is the tarrif tax that I had to pay for on delivery. It was unexpected and I wasn’t happy about it!

Great hair. Good value.

This is my second time trying out this company. The hair is great quality, affordable, and true to color. I will continue to purchase from them. They’re the only company that sells my hair shade, Autumn Spice 30B. This shade is gorgeous, and gives a subtle balyage effect to my natural light ginger hair. The tape is higher quality than most brands, as none of the residue is left over in my hair when I remove the tapes the way it is with other brands. Personally, I toss mine out after 8 weeks of wear. I could get another 6-8 weeks of wear out of them, but I just prefer a fresh set with a new install. Plus I have a chlorine pool and that definitely affects the hair. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased at the quality or price. I’ve tried pretty much every brand out there.

I didn't like to pay a fee for this…

I didn't like to pay a fee for this product. Why didn't you let me know you have a warehouse in the USA?

Also, don't you have 14-inch hair extensions? 16 inches was too long for my hair style.

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or courier fees are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not controlled or collected by Cliphair. Customers are advised during checkout that customs charges may apply to international orders. We also clearly state on our shipping information page that international orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Regarding the length, we do offer a range of shorter options, including 14-inch extensions, across selected collections. We’re sorry that the 16-inch length was not suitable for your hairstyle. Our customer service team would be more than happy to help recommend a more suitable option for you in future.

I ordered the hair and they told me 3-5…

I ordered the hair and they told me 3-5 business days then they contacted me to tell me that they didn’t have the 18” so they offered me 22” instead and the order barber came after a few weeks then they just refunded my money without explanation. Im dissatisfied.

We have checked your order and can confirm that the 22" item was dispatched as promised. However, according to the tracking information provided by UPS, delivery was attempted on three separate occasions.

As per the courier’s policy, if delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the parcel is automatically returned back to the sender, which is what occurred in this instance.

We understand this is disappointing and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Nano Bead Extensions

Couple of issues with this company.

First, like many others have mentioned, there are import duties charged on orders. The problem is that you do not know the cost upfront and, in some cases, those charges can be significant.

I ordered the hair itself and it appears to be good quality. However, the real issue was with the nano bead compatibility. At checkout, buried in the product specifications, it simply states “to be used with nano beads” — which is obvious. What is extremely unclear is that the extensions apparently require THEIR SPECIFIC nano beads.

I saw the note and asked my stylist about it beforehand. She told me, “No problem, I have plenty of them,” so I reasonably assumed standard nano beads would work and did not order additional ones. BC, clearly, if they had their own that were specific that would be prominently disclosed in bright red, bold, checked at checkout, etc, right? Nope.

I then drove 45 minutes to my stylist appointment, only to find out her beads were incompatible!

To order the company’s beads afterward, the beads themselves were only $7, but shipping was $37!!!Then UPS charged an additional $37.50 in import duties. So, in total, I spent over $70 just to obtain a $7 pack of beads that I would have ordered originally had the company clearly disclosed the requirement upfront.

This could have been easily avoided with a prominent notice stating something like:
“IMPORTANT: These extensions require our specific nano beads and standard nano beads WILL NOT work.”

Instead, the information was vague, buried in the product details, and nowhere near clear enough considering the consequences.

The result was:

A wasted day off
Wasted time for my stylist
A delayed installation
Over $70 in unexpected costs for a $7 item

When I contacted customer service, their proposed “solution” was a $20 gift card. That honestly felt dismissive and comical considering the inconvenience and unnecessary expense caused by their unclear communication.

This was not a complicated issue. It simply should have been clearly disclosed before purchase. Get organized Cliphair....

The cost of the delivery was a huge…

The cost of the delivery was a huge surprise and at $47, was almost a third of the cost of the product--felt very deceptive from the order I did online.

Warning US customers beware deceptive billing from Cliphair US

DO NOT BUY from this company. Even though they brand themselves as **Cliphair US**, they are actually operating out of England and practicing a blatant **bait-and-switch** on American customers. My official receipt showed **$0.00 for taxes/duties**, yet when the package arrived, I was hit with an unauthorized **$217.49 charge** from UPS just to receive my items.
When I refused the delivery because of these hidden costs, the company admitted the failure by refunding my shipping, but they are now trying to **keep $31 (25 GBP)** as a 'handling fee' for a return caused by their own deceptive pricing. They are holding my money hostage until the package travels all the way back to the UK. Save yourself the massive headache and the fight for your own money. Stay far away from 'Cliphair US'!!

We can also confirm that your shipping costs were refunded as a gesture of goodwill. Was told upon delivery I would have to…

Was told upon delivery I would have to pay an extra $40. Refused package and then was told I would be charged a $25 restocking fee for my $10 purchase. Obviously ridiculous and terrible customer service. I will be spreading the word about your company policies. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

26" blonde me clips ins

Have had Cliphair on a couple occasions, when i first brought them , they seemed to last so much longer, very good thickness and quality , they state its 100% real hair , but its giving more like synthetic vibes , cant handle as much heat , brushing , and looses its volume very quickly, with falling out .
cost has got higher , but quality has halved .. you should receive 220g of hair but clip ins and weft seem to differ with thickness - when they weigh the same .

shame really .

Poor Quality Extensions

Purchased a set of seamless extensions on a Friday and by Sunday, several of the clips have come undone from the weft. I reached out to Cliphair and I feel like they are not taking accountability. After looking closely at the clips, it looks like many were not knotted with the thread for the clips to stay on. I would not purchased these if I were you. Low quality for a high price. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Great quality

I recently ordered ginger hair extensions which didn’t work for my hair color , the return was very smooth but then I ordered black clip ins( the seamless version ) and I’m in love !!!! I have very fine hair and you can’t see the extensions !!! The quality is also amazing. Definitely worth it ! And they ship extremely quick ! Thank you !
