The company charged me an additional fee of 88 for international shipping on top of what I paid for express shipping which was for 1-3 business days, it has now been over 9 business days and I have not yet received my package

Nice extensions, beware of customs fees

The extensions are nice, the delivery was fast and they provided lots of updates along the way. The reason for 4 stars is that it's not made clear before purchasing, that orders ship from UK and incur customs fees. In my case this was $50 more, and if I wanted to exchange the colour then I'd have to pay that again. I would like to exchange them but I don't want to spend an additional $100 on top of what I wanted to spend, therefore I will be sticking with what I have, which isn't perfect so I don't love them as much as I would like.

The website I ordered from said that I would be receiving my order within 3-4 business days. After three days I received an email saying that my order would not be delivered for 2 weeks and as of today I still have not received my order.

Premium Hair

they are very soft, voluminous, and match perfectly. I ended up getting them layered to blend with my blunt shoulder cut, and I was not disappointed at how great it looks. remy human hair is the best, and this brand is premium. I also love how their tracking is consistent. I was not surprised or left in the dark on where my package was.

Great company to work with

This company does their very best to get you your hair piece to you as quickly as possible. I love that they have returns if you’re not happy as long as you don’t open the health bands that are on them. I had to return mine, and they were very prompt at giving me a refund. Now that the hair is beautiful unfortunately it didn’t work for me, but I’m sure it will work for others

US Customers - Dont Order

Ive order from you many times, and this time I had to pay 55 to UPS for my order. Its not your fauly but I think you need to make the customer more aware of that. I thought it was a scan and ignored it for 1 week. I reached out to your staff and they said its noted in the terms and conditions - cmon, who reads that?

They claim this hair is 100% real Remy hair I ordered the deluxe aswell , after one wash went frizzy , couldn’t even get a brush through it it was pulling out my natural hair as it was so knotty , the hair looks like it should have come off a toy doll I had them asked for a refund they said I had to send the hair back for a refund so I have paid all the money for fitting and if they can’t find the proboem with the hair then I get no refund at all , would not recommend this brand at all I have had my extensions in for less then two weeks ! Really is a joke cause I have wasted nearly 500 pounds to do this hair !
