Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I tried to return this item immediately after receiving it—never used, only opened to check—and they refused. They claim it’s 100% human hair, but I seriously doubt it. Customer service was unhelpful and rigid about packaging instead of the actual issue. Would not recommend.

Thank you for your three reviews.

We have reviewed our previous communication and can confirm that we requested images of the item in order to assess your return request, which you kindly provided.

The images supplied showed that the product had been fully removed from the hygiene bands and unravelled. As clearly stated on the large information label inside the packaging, as well as within our Returns Policy, we do not accept returns for curly clip-in extensions once the hygiene bands have been removed. This is because removal of the bands compromises the curl pattern and also means the item is no longer in a suitable condition for resale due to hygiene reasons.

As a result, we are unable to approve the return in this instance. These guidelines are applied consistently to ensure all returned goods remain in their original condition and meet hygiene and quality standards.

Don’t do it!!

I accidentally ordered from clip hair UK instead of clip hair USA it has been the absolute worst experience. I’ve reached out for help. Haven’t gotten any, called UPS eight different times, I ordered the hair on April 2 today on April 15 I have still not received the Hair that I paid an additional $62.70 in customs for UPS doesn’t actually know where it is and so now my only option is to order again this time, making sure that I order from Clip Hair USA, if there is any chance in the world of getting my hair before my event. Plus I paid for expedited shipping that the package would be on April 10 17th. I still don’t have a package doesn’t know where the package is and it was sent to the wrong address to begin with. Definitely not happy. My mom has been ordering Hair from this company for over two years and has never had this problem. I don’t think she’ll ever order from them again though.

I absolutely LOVEEEEEE my extensions. They are literally just like they picture online. Even better part is they have a US store which is what I thought I ordered from but go figure no I did t and I ended up ordering them from their London store which is where there based so that’s pretty kick a** to me ❤️ 20 👍

Exceeded expectations

Aside from a misdelivery (shipped to US) these hair extensions exceeded my expectations! The color isn’t quite as I expected however, they still match my hair. I was hesitant to purchase because of the lower gram weight, but it’s actually perfect! I would most definitely purchase again!

I give four stars only because these…

I give four stars only because these were not really 18 inches they were 16 inches. I will advise if you wnat longer lengths go a a few inches up than the one is advertised. However, the hair quality is amazing it's thick and super soft. The color of autumn spice (strawberry blonde) was amazing ♥️🙏 they are a perfect match. I love the reds on this site.

awful extensions

awful extensions. the clips do not hold and the hair is ratted and nasty after not even a month.

Not a frist time customer but certianly…

Not a frist time customer but certianly a last time customer. A warning to those that do not enjoy being extorted for more money to " import" what you already paid for and is being held from delivery until you do so.. +$50 after you bought and expedited an order but they held on to the package only releasing it until i paid $46.80.. for WHAT?? such a shame because they have a great product. Btw, completely ignored by customer support except for a notice a werk later notifying me of a $9.99 refund coming in twp weeks.. talk about adding insult to injury lol i would have been a lifetime customer, thats hpw great their products are... do greedy cheap companies not realize they lost a thousdands with a lifetime customer over $46.80? Well, i hope they put my money to better use than i would have. What a joke

These charges are unfortunately outside of our control, and in some cases, couriers such as UPS will hold parcels until these fees are paid. The hair quality is top-notch and the product itself is excellent. Delivery was also much faster than expected. However, I think it’s important to clarify during the checkout process that customs duties and taxes are not included in the total price. Adding a calculator would be a great way to help customers understand the final cost of their order.

First impression, no install yet

I haven’t had my hair installed and won’t happen until 3–19. However, my first impression is a tightly wrapped package in plastic, I had purchased a heat protection, shampoo, and conditioner… The shampoo completely cracked and exploded all over everything inside the package. It was sticky. It was full of mushy paper, it got onto my extension bags. It got into the conditioner box. The conditioner top started to come off. It was not on tight enough… also, was not aware of the tariffs I would have to be paying. I ended up paying $108, so maybe next time include that in the final checkout price or have it listed somewhere on the listings because I was not made aware of that fact after already spending $800,

Great Quality but Expensive Shipping

The clip in hair extensions are great - soft, thick, full all the way to the ends, and shipped quickly. The reason I’m only giving 3 stars is because it said I had free shipping and then when UPS arrived I had to pay $52 to get my package!
