I have bought multiple times from this site communication is excellent and poli extremely helpful so don’t understand negative reviews clothes are of an excellent quality yes clothes do take a while to arrive especially during sales period but the are made to order not bought of the rack and this is stated on their website would 100% recommend I rarely leave reviews on this site but when company is 100% and items are excellent I do a very happy customer

I have ordered 3 sets and 3 separates in 4 or 5 orders. I have loved everything I got and have 2 more sets on my current wish list.
Yes there is a longer lead time than off-the-rack clothing. This is not fast fashion and it shows in the craftsmanship. I am happy to wait for unique, quality styles.
They use Shop which makes it super easy to check status. Once items ship, they arrive in the western US within a few days via DHL.

Poor quality fabric and the top is the size of the titanic. Very disappointed in my purchase

I am disappointed, sizing is very wrong, usually go with xl oversize xxl and buy tshirt 2xl/3xl and cant even get in, even my boyfriend size L looks very tight on him,return not works bc u have to ship it to bulgaria which is very expensive so tshirt 80$ definitely not worth it, i am 6ft tall and even this size i ordered is very short on me looking funny….

I have ordered from this designer multiple times and find all the clothes to be well made, high quality and super cool and unique. One time I had an issue was colors bleeding after a wash and Poli was incredible to deal with and replaced the item immediately. I love the designer and will definitely order again

Beautiful design and well-made set. The pink tops are incredible comfortable and warm jut a little big on me, but they still look great. I have ordered several pieces from this brand and I’m obsessed with the designs, they are trendy, unique, and always receive compliments.

Fabulous clothes, well-made and thick. They run a little large and the customer service was fabulous. Poli was very helpful. Responded right away. Highly recommend these guys.

I have ordered several times over the last couple of years, and the quality of everything I’ve received has been fantastic. LockerRoom clothes never fail to get compliments too! I’ve reached out online with product questions before ordering, and received a quick and accurate response. Orders consistently arrive from Bulgaria (to Canada) within 2-3 weeks. Their clothes are not inexpensive, but you definitely get what you pay for!

This company has a concept in place for making their clothes to order, a bit like tailor-made, without the hassle. They exist because they are able to compete in a global market. As a new customer to this brand, I am impressed with the result, the quality and the small, simple things like a nice cloth bag that the product is delivered in. Not scrunched up in plastic. I have ordered three or four times from lockerroom. Was more than impressed by what i paid for and what i got. Price point is perfect. The tulle blazers i bought are a perfect fit (m), and i am size 8us! The tracksuit skirt and too perfect fit in S! Off shoulder blouse S/M, cropped track jacket and drop (inseam)sweats a S/M and all good! I am 5’10”, 156lbs. The ruffle cami fits but i would prefer it looser. Ordered S, still fits, just refer a bigger look. Takes about 3-3.5weeks delivery but freepeople take longer snd they are next door!

I have bought SEVERAL things from Locker Room for my wife and she absolutely loves everything! And every time we go out, no matter if it's NYC, Chicago, LA or NOLA, if she is wearing something that Tony curated, she gets asked MULTIPLE times where did she get that outfit. We have never had an issue with sizing and have only had to exchange an item once and it was smooth and seamless. Overall, I can't say enough about how cool and ahead of the curve this brand is. Highly recommended!

Ho acquistato più di un articolo di questa azienda e per quanto abbia trovato le linee veramente belle e originali, ho notato che la qualità dei tessuti non è tra le migliori, anzi, lascia molto a desiderare e non è che si facciano pagare poco. I tempi di spedizione sono lunghi ma questo è dovuto al fatto che l'articolo viene tagliato e cucito appositamente per te dopo l'acquisto. Quello che proprio non funziona, è il servizio clienti, rispondono sempre in ritardo e a volte proprio non rispondono o meglio risponde, visto che si tratta sempre e solo di 1 persona, sempre la stessa, credo gestisca tutto lei. Sono in attesa da quasi un mese di un rimborso, ad oggi nulla, per fortuna ho pagato con PayPal che spero mi aiuti in caso non riesca a risolvere direttamente con il venditore. Peccato, perché i prodotti sarebbero veramente belli se venissero utilizzati tessuti di qualità superiore e se ci fosse una maggiore attenzione al cliente.

Please avoid or use a credit card to get your refund in the event something goes wrong. I ordered from this company one time before my last purchase and didn’t have a problem. Fast forward, I ordered a two piece set in early April, 2025. By the end of April, nothing. Contacted the company and was told it was shipping the next day. Took several weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong size. I ordered a large and received a small. Again, contacted the company and was sent specific instructions for returning the merchandise for an exchange. Paid almost $50 and got a tracking number. Weeks then months passed and still no response. I continued reaching out to the company and did receive a response that they had not been notified of the parcel being ready for pickup and to send them the tracking number. Did everything that was asked to get the money ($265) reimbursed because at this point, summer was over. Received more of the same from the company regarding responses. It was clear that this was not a priority to them and refunding my money was unlikely. I contacted the credit card company to file a claim and gave them all the documentation that was asked for. I was granted a refund by the credit card company in October which appeared to catch the business by surprise. Bottom line, keep all receipts, emails and correspondence if you decide to order from Clothes By Locker Room.

Follow-Up Review.

I have enjoyed wearing my dress from Locker Room throughout the spring and summer. I continue to wear it now going into the Autumn weather. I still love it. And I am constantly getting stopped while out and about asking me where I bought it.

It is such a cool style, well made, and has withstood lots of wear throughout two seasons so far. It washes easily, doesn't hold stains/spills, keeps me cool in the heat, but warm when it cools down.

It is extremely flattering, I only wish I could buy it in other colours like black, green (olive would look so good!) or white.

Love this dress and I highly recommend it to others considering it. I am not a gatekeeper and happily share that I bought it online from The Locker Room.
