Cloud Animations Reviews

The team was responsive. They were easy to work with and honored their commitment both in terms of the cost of project and revisions. Also, the final product was excellent!

The team was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were delighted with our end result.

The team at Cloud Animations was professional, responsive to feedback, and generated high-quality work. The final product, a 3D animation, was beautifully rendered and skillfully executed. We appreciated their commitment to getting things right. Highly recommend.

Fantastic work guys

Cloud Animations turned my data into a visual masterpiece with their infographics service. The graphics they designed were not only visually appealing but also incredibly effective in conveying complex information. Each element was thoughtfully placed, enhancing the overall clarity and impact. The result was an infographic that not only made the data easy to understand but also left a lasting impression on my audience.

Working with Cloud Animations made my architectural plans into a breathtaking virtual tour. The level of detail they incorporated was astounding, from the structural elements down to the smallest fixtures. Walking through the virtual space felt incredibly real, giving me a clear and vivid sense of the final product. Their expertise in architectural visualization is a testament to their commitment to delivering top-notch quality.

The team at cloudanimations was a joy to work with, and our finished video product was exactly what I wanted. They were responsive, professional and a joy to work with!

When our project changed our name and logo, we wanted a short and sweet video to help cement the change in our stakeholders' memories. Cloud Animations listened to what we wanted, and expanded on our simple idea to create just what we needed. They also worked within our accessibility requirements. I highly recommend Cloud Animations.

Working with Cloud Animations (CA) has been a bit of a goat rodeo. If you're patient, creative, and have ample time on your hands, they can be a worthwhile partner. I'll break down our background, pros, and cons below.

Background: We are a church that has a couple of opportunities that benefit other church leaders. We have a very limited budget and don't have $10K to drop on animated videos. That is why CA was interesting to us. I had to scour the internet to track down other folks that had used CA and validate that they were a real company and reliable...which they are...kind of.

Pros:
- Truly, they are unlimited revsions.
- Highly communicative.
- Negotiable in their pricing structure. We paid $600 for 2x ~2min videos. We provided our own VO because theirs was pretty bad.
- We never paid for music.
- They actually gave us the source files to the videos which is generous.

Cons:
- There is a language barrier.
- You will spend double the time you think it will managing this, communicating revisions, and forget about more complex subjects. You don't have someone proactively thinking through the script. You have to communicate it verbatim during the storyboarding process.
- Do not trust that they will be logical with their development of the video. Simple things that no American company would overlook (or hold you responsible on revisions for) are things like using the same font throughout a video. We caught a small font difference after we had finalized it and were asked to pay extra.

Overall, you get what you pay for. The videos were good enough for us, but they aren't award winning. I also think that the amount of time this took might have equated to what it would have cost to just run through an American company.

We worked with CA from January to July of 2023.

I had a great experience with cloudanimation. They understood my vision for a video and made it come to life. So excited to use this explainer video in trainings in the future and plan to use them again. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience with Cloud Animations!

Damon is extremely responsive and receptive to feedback. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the product and that our deadline was met.

Thank you to the team at Cloud Animations for your awesome work and for your excellent customer service!

Excellent customer engagement. Phil was thorough, calm, proactive and created a terrific explainer video for me. I'll definitely use these guys again.

Well, I was totally new to Explainer Video's - but knew in my heart we had to have one. There were Hundreds of places to choose from listed on Google, and other sites.
I've worked and have experience in Hollywood. These people were very up-front, honest, transparent, and walked me and my team through the entire process. If you do not use Clould animations, you are making a huge mistake.

We will be using them again in the near future for other projects. Good Luck, it's worth it's weight in GOLD!

I had a very low budget to work with for a 30 second product video and found a few online vendors with CA being one of them. I appreciated that their pricing was on their site (no form submissions/contacting just to find a price) and it was within the budget I was given. I chose CA over other vendors because their artwork quality looked better than other portfolios I had seen. Travis was quick to set me up and hand me over to Phil who was always very responsive and communicative and turned over some of the quickest revisions I have ever seen which was great because we wanted this video fast. I would use CA again - their process makes things move along quickly and you get exactly what you want.

We asked them to create a 30 sec 2D animated video and they delivered exactly what we needed. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of their work is professional. I absolutely recommend them and will use them again for our video animations and explainer video needs.
