This is one of the best puzzle companies! Ethical and easy to order from. They are very responsive and are quick to solve any issues.

I'd ordered 3 jigsaws, but then one became out of stock. Cloudberries contacted me and let me order another, and the order was sorted out very quickly with no fuss. They are a friendly customer service team, and they did a great job.

I really loved the Pelican puzzle! I'm not actually a big puzzle person but got it because of the design, but fell in love. The image is lovely, the puzzle pieces are of quality (and some kooky shapes which I love). And also, in speaking with the team, they're responsive and lovely. Tip for shoppers: support small business and try and order directly through them when possible.

Had an issue with a delivery from Royal Mail who had managed to lose my puzzle. Contacted Cloudberries C/S who have sent a replacement arrived next day by RM!

They did more then they had to when a piece dissappeared.

Getting a puzzle for your birthday is a regular occurrence in this house. Well we got a new one and love it!! We have had a great time putting it together. A lovely picture. Interesting and different.
We sadly lost a couple of pieces to the dog but we were able to contact them and sort it right out!

I am a veteran of many Cloudberries jigsaws. These are always exceptionally well-made and their mostly modern pictures are colourful and interesting, with mercifully few twee country cottages and cute kittens. Their customer service is unusually helpful and responsive, and the mark of a company which cares about what they do. They treat their customers with respect as people rather than random authors of annoying emails.

After my initial disappointment at not being able to return a ‘surprise’ puzzle, I am happy to say that customer services have contacted me and advised that they have changed their policy and have issued a full refund.

Customer service is excellent: kind and caring people. And the puzzles are superb!

Just finished one of their small batch puzzles and was disappointed to find there were five pieces missing. However, this disappointment was short lived as Steve immediately sorted me out with a replacement puzzle.

Fantastic puzzles, very original designs, challenging to do and beautifully made. Well worth the price for a puzzle nerd like me!

Cloudberries have the best jigsaws I've ever done. No dust, study pieces that click into place and feel great in your hand. Their quality is fantastic too, giving you loads of details to look for.

Their customer service is superb! When I ordered a puzzle from Amazon, it shipped from the US and had issues, and Cloudberries sorted it all out for me and gave me store credit for my next purchase, which is always appreciated.

If you're looking for an awesome range of jigsaws, they have some super tough ones, and they're all beautiful.

Such great customer service who were willing to help me out after completing a puzzle bought from a charity shop and finding a piece missing, so we thought but fortunately the missing piece turned up.
Courteous and kind and a quick response to my plea.

Not only do they have beautiful puzzles that you can lose yourself in, but the personalised assistance I received went above and beyond and I am really thankful.

When I first did a review for Cloudberries on there site I only give a 3 star review because I had a piece missing but I have been intouch with their support team and they have rectified the problem and sent me out the missing piece they sorted it out very quickly and they have been fantastic. The company is fantastic the products are of great quality and I will order from them again.
