garbage the internet speed is to slow also they are just scammers dont recommend. the vps keep crashing

I wanted to buy a €3 server and deposited €3. After that, the system showed a message saying that to get started, I have to deposit €10. If I’m supposed to pay for three months upfront, then this is no longer an hourly server, it’s a three-month plan. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider

I purchased a VPS in November, which was confusing because you must deposit a certain amount to unlock some tiers of servers. This isn’t clearly explained in the UI, and I noticed others raising the same issue.

My VPS was assigned a recently recycled IP address that had been used by an email spammer days prior. While I don't use mail services whatsoever, the IP’s poor reputation caused third-party OAuth logins (Patreon) to be throttled, resulting in timeouts and a poor user experience for my customers, forcing me to migrate to a new VPS provider shortly after.

Please ensure IP addresses are properly checked across multiple reputation and spam databases before being reissued. The IP I received was still listed in two databases less than two weeks before assignment.

Overall, this created a very poor first-time experience. I will give +1 star for timely customer service responses, even if the rest of the experience wasn't great.

They use false "still in stock" campaign page to lure you into register, and trick you to deposit 10EUR before you can find out the plan they advertised is "out of stock".
I made a complaint and, their response takes hours.
And what I got is "a second Black friday deal is online now, grab it before others to avoid it being out of stock!", which is no surprise, a much less attractive plan, not what the ad is advertising for.
I asked for a refund or I'll go with a chargeback, I got "We have processed your refund. The offer you claimed was not intended for unlimited deployment, and its availability could have been verified directly within the panel. Regardless, we do not tolerate threats or abusive behavior. As a result, your account has been permanently disabled, and we will no longer provide any services to you. Regards"
So glad I didn't deposit with crypto.

Great servers, the network is really high speed and I love that I only get billed for my hourly usage

Rude and Unprofessional.

We have write ticket to them. Ticket #1305 answered after 1 day later with RUDE and Unprofessional reply. It seems they don't want any customer.

Lack of professionalism and rule scam.

Only way to contact is via support tickets which is slow, and unprofessional when you do get a reply. (I don't need to know you only take a weeks holiday in August - that's between you and your company) Moved on and want my €50 deposit back (invoice 1941)

Was a bit skeptical at first cause I hadn’t heard of CloudBlast before, but gave it a try since the pricing was pretty fair. Ended up being surprisingly good, my VPS was set up in like 30 seconds, and it’s actually fast. Not like those providers that say “10 Gbps” and then it’s throttled lol.

I have previously purchased a special offer from this service provider. My experience with the purchase:
-Significant network and VPS slowness
-Very delayed responses to support tickets

i tried their servers , completly useless and not working their first plan is bullshit at all when you buy that cpu usage is on 100 you just can ssh and see the server lol , network is awfull . 10 gb port ? joke its not even 1 mb

They false charged me 200€. They said that i have created many accounts and many servers JUST BECAUSE I LIVE IN TURKEY. And didn't give me a refund.

Everything looks so great the cloudblast control panel is extremely easy to use and friendly, the servers prices are great. Would be good to have a live chat support even if the support on discord is great!

Impressed by the support's responsiveness. It was a truly great experience, highly recommended.
