I placed an order close to Christmas. It wasn’t a Christmas gift just a lovely present to myself and they had a discount so thought I better order before the discount ends. I received a what’s app from Cloudbox asking if I’d like to upgrade my delivery in order to be here for Christmas which I declined but was very impressed by. Whilst on what’s app I asked some questions about my personalised order and they were so quick at responding and very helpful.

My order came two days early than I expected so was pleasantly surprised, once I had opened the parcel I was shocked my personalised necklace was stunning! Better than it looked online and I am sooo happy with my experience start to finish and will be ordering more jewellery from them.

Thank you so much for such a special piece of jewellery that I will treasure forever and was certainly worth every penny.

Purchased a bracelet for my wife as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately she didn’t like the style of the bracelet so I tried to return or exchange the gift. Was told this wasn’t possible because of the 7 day return policy. Don’t know about everyone else but having to wait until the week before Christmas to buy a gift is not ideal. Will never buy from cloudbox again.

The customer service from CloudBoxGifting is exceptional. Upon receiving my order I had an issue with it that I wasn’t very happy about. I immediately sent a photo of said issue to the team via instagram and within minutes I had a reply with a resolution that was outstanding. Issue solved within half an hour and left me very pleased in the end. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Lovely company I have bought quite a few items up to now for my self and my daughter. Recently had a problem with a necklace my own fault for not measuring correct and they was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend 100 percent

I ordered a personalised neckless for my daughters birthday last minute and they went above and beyond to get it delivered on time the customer service was the best I’ve experienced with very fast replies.
The neckless is amazing quality and the packaging is stunning.
I will definitely be ordering again I would recommend 100 percent xxx

I was gifted a bracelet, however the clasp was a bit loose. They offered to repair or replace the bracelet. I sent the bracelet back after a few months after the initial request and they still honoured their word and have sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service and lovely jewellery.

Absolutely love my necklace. I purchased a necklace in January and it came even better than I expected. Website was easy to use, communication over my order with staff was efficient, very friendly and more than helpful. Delivery was on time. I couldn't be happier with cloud box gifting! I recently purchased a personalised name necklace unfortunately one of the stones were lost. I contacted cloud box they could not of been more helpful, polite and professional.
Customer service advised I would be issued a replacement necklace excellent customer service i would highly recommend cloud box, I get compliment every time I wear my necklace it’s beautiful

After seeing a friend of mine wearing a stunning name necklace, I recently ordered several pieces of jewellery from Cloudboxgifting. Firstly each piece has been absolutely stunning 💎 I ordered Christmas gifts for close family members and everyone was blown away by the unique style and quality.

The customer service, which I have received has been nothing but first class. When ordering I made a slight mistake on the spelling of a name and they have rectified this for me and been on hand every step of the way🙏

I would highly recommend Cloudboxgifting to all my friends and family.

I bought a personalised bracelet for £58.39 including £3.99 postage.
The bracelet broke twice in the first 2 weeks and became loose when fastening. Nearly lost it a few times due to this. They initially refused to refund me saying they didn’t issue refunds for personalised items, until I sent them their policy which stated they did issue refunds for faulty items. Again, I was told they could only send a replacement. I persevered and they eventually agreed to refund me if I posted the bracelet back at my own expense (£4 tracked). Then they have refunded me minus the initial postage fee, so basically I have lost £8 through no fault of my own because they are selling cheap quality metal products that are not durable at all.

I recently made an order with Cloudbox and I cannot recommend them enough! There was initially some issues with the shipping which of course was out of all parties control, however with the excellent customer service from Ella - the issue was resolved and I received my beautiful necklace.
It is just how I pictured it and of a good quality. I will definitely be ordering from Cloudbox again!

I had a few questions before I ordered so messaged via Instagram, all messages were answered promptly and I felt really at ease. Bracelet was slightly too big however they sorted it straight away for me! Cannot recommend enough!

I purchased a personalised necklace for my birthday which was a gift. When I received the necklace you couldn’t even tell that it said my name it was very poor quality for the price I paid. Customer service was very poor too! They said I wouldn’t receive a refund & they are now ignoring my emails. Avoid this company. This has really upset me as I was really looking forward to receiving a beautiful personalised necklace which they advertise on their website & social media which the necklace doesn’t look nothing like what’s on their website!
