I am just a trial user but the support service is so fast! I am in considering moving to cloudns!

The system is intuitive and when there are questions, the support team is very good at explaining the details of DNS that are complicated to most, but likely mundane to them.
The service itself just works and we have never had an issue. We only have a few domains there now, but will be moving most/all in the future.

I didn't use it for a long time, but I could see it is full of resources and possibilities. I stopped to use it because I couldn't set my personal VPN because I have a hardware limitation.

Their tech support is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had any issue with downtime.

They respond in minutes or even seconds to tickets and have instant live chat. They are also really open for suggestions (not like other companies).

I've been using ClouDNS for the last ten years and I've never had a single issue. I only log in to tweak DNS settings or renew my domain, and it’s always super easy.

The only problem that I had the other day, was caused by me stupidly not renewing the domain on time, although ClouDNS has sent me multiple emails that the expiration date approaches. The enhanced login protection on the portal required me to confirm my login, by sending an email, which I could not get as the it was in the expired domain. This is first time when I had to interact with the support and they were extremely fast to respond and help validate my identity and login, so I can renew the domain in a matter of hours.

Overall ClouDNS is reliable, easy to use, and the support is great when you need it. I’m really happy with them.

They help at time every question is attended and solved great, I'm recomend a lot this services.

We had a major issue with zones not updating, having paid for premium service and custom IP addresses. Support spent 4 days denying that the fault lay at their end when it was crystal clear (and proven to them repeatedly) that it did. It was only when we cancelled service that someone attempted to provide a fix. Too little far too late.

I started using Cloudns when our my hosted DNS servers couldn't be reached due to an ISP error in 2019.
Ever since then I've used them for DNS and been really happy with the service. The support is second to none, the cost is so reasonable, the feature list is extensive and the interface is really intuitive.

I am long term customer of Cloudns. Today i had an emergency and i was able to talk on their live chat with Borislav. He was listening to my problem and offered me immediately a solution for it. After 30 minutes i had access to my account again. Cloudns is highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a reliable DNS provider with a fast support.

The support team was very helpful and to the point to help us resolved the issue. Also was very fast to their response.

I wrote to their live chat support about a phishing website that was active, they took it down in 5 minutes! They care about security and their network reputation. More importantly their front-line support obviously has the permission to take action when there is a threat.

Simple and easy interaction for a slightly out of the ordinary order.
