We also manufacture and sell a range of high quality CBD products. These are becoming increasingly popular and we receive excellent customer feedback on their benefits which can include pain relief, easing stress and anxiety and aiding insomnia. We currently have two stores in operation and a new Sales counter located at our manufacturing unit as well as our website. Cloud vapours advertise buy 5 get 1 free on the £25 120ml bottles of e-liquid, they fail to mention that this is only for a bulk buy, it is clearly misleading and in my eyes deliberate on their part.

Good evening Stephen. It is disappointing that you have left a 1* review for an issue which has already been discussed and clarified via email. We are not misleading anyone - our Buy 5 Get 1 Free offer is one which we have run for several years and our customers take advantage of this daily - no one has ever expected to buy single bottles over a period of a month or two then receive a free bottle. When on our website if you add 5 bottles to your basket a 6th free bottle is added automatically. We did explain this already when you emailed to query. We are a small business facing a particularly challenging time with our stores closed during lockdown but despite this we are working hard and continuing to provide an excellent service to our customers - the rest of our Trustpilot reviews are testament to this. Having explained this to you already there is nothing further than I can offer by way of resolution.
