Fantastic, professional service I would definitely use them again.

A quote was arranged for Monday morning. The agent pulled onto the drive. But the agent didn't get out of the vehicle and drove off after a minute or two without explanation. I guessed some emergency had sprung up. I rang C2C in the afternoon and they said they would chase up the agent and ring back. Nothing. I tried the on-line help with the same result.

Absolutely terrible customer service - would not recommend!! 2 complaints made and neither of them have been actioned.
First complaint due to trying to cancel the service (never was given terms and conditions) - the quoter then sent threatening texts that they would win in court. Completely unnecessary and done over text!?
As we had terms and conditions (we weren’t made aware of) we continued with the service and paid £400 for bedroom and lounge glass replacement. Huge gap in the bedroom window left that neither the quoter or fitter noticed

They said the gap was never there on quoting or fitting? The gap doesn’t appear over night

Both complaints ignored

***edit to your response : you have never once offered to replace the hinges at a reduced rate - again, awful customer service to save your reputation.
I heard nothing back from either complaints and was never offered an apology for being threatened over text about court or replacement of hinges.

The customer service was excellent by everyone, James came out and provided a quote and explanation what would happen, Mark and Tony who carried out the work were very friendly and their expertise was exceptional, Kirsty from the office who took the initial booking and explained about the payment process, and Clare from the office who took the payment, all so friendly with brilliant customer service.

Arranged for a quote on 3rd June and was quite acceptable. Confirmed the quote with him and was told he would call me on the Monday to arrange fitting date then silence. Got back to him on 23rd July and was told he would check the paperwork when back in the office. Again silence. Would not touch them with a barge pole.

Fast visit to quote. Great price. Arrived at agreed time/day to replace blown window panes. Took 15-20 minutes to do 3 window panes which was fast, and took away old panes. I will use again.

They only get 1 star because 0 isn't an option.

I made an appointment for a guy to come to my house in Wolverhampton and measure 20 plus glazing units for a quote but he didn't bother to turn up, didn't phone me or pass a message by any means whatsoever. I called the head office but all I got was "sorry about that", not half as sorry as I was. However, if that's the respect they give to customers, maybe he did me a favour.

the cost estimate was chaotic and several quotes for 1 window and date given on a bank holiday!!!

I recently made the decision to have my flat completely re-fitted with new double glazing. However, I wanted to try to just change the glass instead of complete frames, to ‘help the planet’. I contacted the North Birmingham branch, on-line, managed by James Stanley who are based at Great Wyrley. Within a few days James came along & gave me a quote & a date of when my job could be done. That was 3 weeks later.
The gentleman arrived on time & immediately set to work. I sat in my living room while he changed the windows for new double glazing panes. It was very quiet, no mess at all, & as it was done pane by pane, I was kept quite warm even in November. My whole flat re-double glazed in less than 2.5hrs. FANTASTIC, and to think, it is guaranteed for 25 years!
In February, I realised I had a problem with my small living room window. It was not shutting right & a gale force wind was coming through(we have had some big storms). So I contacted James & he came & assessed the problem. The hinges were worn & the rubber around the window was also worn. So, once again he arranged for someone to fix it. Both hinges & rubber replaced within 30 minutes. Fabulous. Thankfully, no more wind.
All told, my experience was great and I Highly Recommend this business.
