Difficult communication. Took a week to return my phone.

Terrible communication.

Was quoted a price and then when I sent my phone in they dropped the price specifying that there was damage, although the phone is in perfect working order. I then requested my phone be returned, it has now been a week, my phone has not been returned and they have not replied to any of my emails.

Everything that was stated was true. I was paid the price quoted, the money was actually in my bank account the same day as the inspection. Pack for postage arrived on time. Everything was flawless could not fault the system, very professional.
Would definitely recommend and use again

Fast service but quote went from £148 to £61 for apparently 'a few scratches on the screen'. This is a ridiculous price drop for a year old phone that was well looked after.

Looking at the reviews it seems 'a few scratches on the screen' is a common excuse to knock down prices.

Edit:

Upon receiving the device back there were no 'deep' scratches on the device. To see any marks on the screen at all you had to tilt the phone to get a reflection on it first. I did get it back quickly and free of charge but it was a total waste of my time. Don't believe they're inflated prices or accept their ridiculous revaluations.

What a con and scam this company is got my phone and not even paid me iam now taking legal action against this company

Very quick and efficient service. Please note, you will need to add extra packaging/padding when sending the phone in the envelope provided. I wrapped mine in soft tissue and a bubble wrap before popping it in the envelope to send. Prompt payment once they received it too.

I have sent my phone in mint condition they advised that there were multiple scratches on the screen therefore they sent me a new price that was less than half of the original price.
I received my phone back with dents on the screen that wasn’t there before.

The factory screen protector that you mentioned in your reply is a foil that bubbles up due to folding the phone.
I do believe most of us removed that foil after using their phone.
I didn’t try to sell the phone brand new.
My phone had no scratches and definitely not dents on the screen otherwise I wouldn’t have choose the ‘good condition’ option.
I received the phone in bubble wrap, it wasn’t damaged in transit, I’m aware. The dents like little stab marks on the screen. Obviously this will reduce the price when I will try to sell elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Found online sent off my phone and agreed a price for the phone. The phone was checked over and the money paid in on the same day brilliant so simple and so easy

I ended up with a decent amount for my device but not what was agreed originally. In fact, the first quote (on receiving my "100% perfect device) was 20% of the original quote!

I requested to return the device to me and magically I got a much better quote on the second attempt.

The money was paid quickly and I had a decent service but the quote system makes me dubious and I am not sure I would use them again.
