CMF Watch Pro 2
Stopped working after 6 months it’s just freezing when connected to the phone app and nothing works tried a lot of troubleshooting and still nothing works contacted CMF customer service and they didn’t do much either refusing to cover the warranty on the watch that is 7 months old
Too bad liked the watch but with the last issues never CMF again

Don’t recommend buying products as you as a customer are left dealing with all problems by yourself

That has to be zero star we bought the watch from my son in March 2025 from Amazon Canada the watch is working fine but we saw cracks on the screen I called Amazon as it's still in warranty they advised me to contact Nothing. Nothing denied to help and advise me to talk Amazon Canada. If it's manufacturer warranty Nothing should help. They have worst customer service

Je les utilises parfois uniquement pour la réduction de bruit active : ça marche super dans environnement bruyant pour déconnecter un peu.

Sinon connexion bluetooth immédiate, bonne appli, bon son. J'adore les basses mais elles ne sont pas vibrantes et claires, c'est un peu étouffé.

Etui pratique qui double l'autonomie.

I bought a pair or CMF Buds 1 at around 27€ in August 2024, today the buds are still amazing!

Given my frustrating experience with CMF customer support, I would like to provide a summary of my interactions and express my continued dissatisfaction.

Initially, I contacted CMF on April 15, 2025, regarding a defect with my left earbud, where the black protective mesh detached after I changed the rubber tips. Following support instructions on April 16, I promptly sent the requested photos, proof of purchase, and my updated address.

However, instead of resolving the issue, I was informed that IOT products are sold on a "buy-off basis" and was directed to contact Amazon, which I found unacceptable. Despite this, I complied and contacted Amazon, who then redirected me back to CMF for warranty service, which I also shared the screenshot with them.

On April 19, I received a response from CMF Support stating that I would be charged for the repair, further adding to my disappointment. I expressed my dissatisfaction and informed CMF that I would no longer purchase their products and would share my experience with the community.

Despite my efforts to resolve this issue through the proper channels, CMF has consistently deflected responsibility and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support.

Bought the Buds Pro a year ago, since they i have to change them 3 times because of issues with NR and volume. The customer experience is terrible, many times receiving the same emails by different staff asking questions i already responded. They product fails and you have to go to their shop to get a replacement wasting money and time to do so. This last time, issue that still on going because they are incapable to solve easy problems, after a month of back and forwards they ended up accepting to send back the buds and get full refund. Now somehow...they wont give me a refund because they claim i want to replace the product....which i don't want..to be honest i don't want anything to do with this company anymore, wont purchase from them. Was a great concept, just terrible execution. I learned in the hard way that I would rather spend 4 times more money for a more serious brand and avoid all this headaches

Not serious , ordered inears 4. Dezember , 22. Dezember now , 2 Times Delivery time changed to february now. Prive from 56 Euro to 100 Euro now. Its clearly a scaming company. Never buying again by cmf
