Good selection, helpful staff
Was having trouble finding the correct backpack, been to many shops, fortunately ended up here and basically after trying on 2 bags I was sorted. Very helpful and friendly staff in the Aberdeen store.

Excellent work in a less than ideal situation. Bought some bits from these guys (and girls) that couldn't immediately be delivered due to manufacturers issues. They went out their way to do the right things and even managed to make me chuckle along the way. Good work.
The teacakes definitely helped the cam withdrawal symptoms btw!

Great service and best online price
I ordered a Mountain Equipment Goretex jacket from CMS. They had the jacket was looking for on sale. Delivery was via Royal Mail Parcel Force 48 but there were options for express delivery too. It arrived well packaged and even had a simple handwritten thank you on the order slip.

Excellent Customer Service
Ordered some ski boots as they were a great price. Unfortunately they weren't the model I had been searching for so returned them. Communication was quick and refund was processed without fuss and in full. Excellent customer service in this day and age. Thank you.
