I was a first time customer looking to buy a custom built PC. Steven was very helpful before, during, and after the sale which secured me exactly what I wanted. The service, quality, and even packaging was second to none! I will definitely be coming back! And highly recommend this company to all. Outstanding!

Not knowing much about laptops at all, I explained what we were needing a new laptop for, and we were given a couple of options in our price range. Steven moved over everything from our old laptop to the new one, and the old process from start to finish took only three days. Fantastic service, and I know he will respond promptly to any issues I may have in the future.

Emailed Steven regarding a projector that i was needing cleaned/dusted out internally. Very fast response saying he could do that and even after dropping it off I was expecting a few days later to pick it up but within a couple of hours I had noticed an email saying it had been done along with photos showing the before and after. Excellent service and will highly recommend. Top bloke

Took my son's gaming laptop to Steven for a new screen after the original suffered accidental damage. The repair job was seamless and Steven included a clean of the fans and new thermal paste for no extra charge. A very professional service with great communication throughout. Just weeks after building my first PC I was greeted by the dreaded black screen of death, completely unable to boot.

I initially visited a local repair company who weren't overly helpful, but thankfully Steve was able to help diagnose the issue and arrange for a replacement component to be sent out.

Managed to get me access to an old laptop that had a forgotten password on it

I have an old pc and a laptop that were really slow. My daughter had used CNLS before and recommended them. I asked Steven at CNLS what could be done. He advised a new drive and more RAM. I took them in in the morning and got them back early that evening. 1 gig RAM had been replaced with 8 and 4, the old disk drive with 500 gig SSD, my data cloned on to new drive, cleaned and a spot of maintenance. The result is a vast improvement. All for 120 quid.

Was having laptop and webcam problems then found this company on Facebook. I live local and took the kit down to Steve. Within an hour he established the issue and got back to me.

I'll definitely be going back if I have any more problems with any of our computers.
