I been using cnshopper for now nearly 1 year. And I have to say the they are really one of the best agents out there regarding shipping prices. And the customer service is always available and friendly. Have sent out around 8 hauls and never had any issues with any package. If you haven’t yet I really recommend you to try them out

Honestly speaking, CNshopper is a really good shopping website. It's not that popular but it should be, cause they have a wide variety of products and all of them are of good quality. Their support staff is very helpful and good. There web & app design are very impressive. And the prices at which they sell the products is really great. I bought one product from it, the product came in very good shape, packaging was good too. And the shopping experience was hassle-free. In conclusion, CNshopper is as good as amazon in some ways.

Apart cela le service client est rapide j’ai demandé un remboursement il a été fait en même pas une heure.

I’ve used CNShopper for two packages so far. The first one arrived right on time without any issues. The second package got delayed by 6 days, but I was really impressed with how they handled it. Instead of ignoring the problem, their support reached out and offered me a discount coupon to make up for the wait.
Mistakes and delays happen, but the way a company handles them makes all the difference. Really solid support team — definitely recommended!

I experencied a lot of agent and It's the first one when you have a problem they resolve It and came with you I'm really interested of how they çan make all this in short delay in the entière world.

CN shopper is a very helpful platform to use because of the smooth transactions, clear instructions and satisfying interaction with the agents and the support team. I have shipped multiple boxes until now and I’ve not had a single bad experience!

The few issues I have faced so far is with the filters not working in the search function, prices listed in the search tab varies significantly from the product tab, so when we click on the item, we will see a much higher price than what was shown earlier, and the UI keep changing making it a bit unpleasant. For example: when we want to see what orders we placed, we cannot see the variants of the particular product we ordered, or every time I open a page from the search tab and go back, it goes all the way to the top and forces me to go through all the listings again.

One of issues I would like to highlight would be new AI feature for shipping: it’s preventing us from adding more items in the box even though we could do so previously, and we end up loosing the space which could have been utilised.

Other than these issues, which if solved, would make the shopping experience more pleasant for everyone, I would definitely recommend CN shopper to everyone. So far it’s been good :)

Thay have made me pay 400 for two orders that was one 50 Canadian dollar and the other 12 Canadian dollar and now Thay are asking for more money do not recommend thay will scam you and keep asking for more money the staff is horrible and the delivery service is horrible! Take months to come when I paid so much money!!!!

Love this website, I can easily shop on my fave Chinese sites like Taobao. Perfect for us kpop fans who want to get some goodies from CN ^^

CNshopper is easy to use and I love the quality check photos they do for your orders! I had a lot of troubles in the past trying to shop directly on Taobao, but CNshopper made it simple and convenient.
