Great customer service and product options

Fantastic service, so easy to arrange and you can even delay your subscription if you're not quite ready for your order, I had a delivery issue one time and the co2you team were fantastic in getting it sorted, even though it was the delivery courier issue.

Fantastic, convenient service. I used to use a different service provider for our gas bottles and after having switched realised how easy it could be! Significantly lower price too compared to other competitors and the pickup service of the return is super helpful. I ve been with them for a year now and can highly recommend.

Helpful whenever I contact them to change a delivery date, a good product, reliable service. What not to like!

Great idea and price but impractical to expect people to wait in all day to exchange cannisters

Switched from Sodastream - the bottles seem to be more highly pressurised so I am getting a much more solid fizz and bubbles with my pop. They work cheaper than Sodastream when subscribing to four at a time too, and the return/refill system seems straightforward.

This company does what it promises. Deliveries are prompt and communication is great. In fact, they have been very kind when I have had to take a pause on my subscription due to cancer- related post operative reflux which makes it impossible for me to drink fizzy water now. I hope I can try to drink it again soon. I appreciate the company’s empathy!

Overall your customer servive team have been excellent and respond to questions & issues raised. Sadly the overall experience is tainted a little but the courier you use, hence I have not ordered any CO2 lately

Great service and good for the environment
I am on a subscription service and CO2 YOU have been very understanding when our requirement dropped and we needed to go on a low use programme.
Every phone call has been met with a pleasant and helpful person. Bottles arrive on time. Our machine is good looking and so we are happy to have it out on show rather then stuck in a cupboard
I know we trading plastic for mileage but I am so happy not to be lugging bottles of water from the supermarket and throwing out a lot of plastic.

This time I wanted to ask about the Bubbla machine they sold, no hard selling, they just answered my question. I'm so glad I bought it.
They are very polite, professional and efficient.
This definitely helps me stay a loyal customer, not just the good price of the gas bottles.

I’ve been a customer since the early days. The gas subscription is the way to go. Always reliable and easy to tweak when you need to.

Very easy to set up,canisters are a great price, and the exchange process is very well organised

Communication and delivery is excellent . The company email before the next delivery and we have the opportunity to reschedule if needed. Very happy with the service and long may it continue. We drink a lot of sparkling water and buying it from the supermarket was a pain, using a water filter jug, soda stream and a regular supply of Co2 just makes getting our sparkling water very easy.

The Customer Service team are easily accessible by phone and very helpful.
