Easy to order. Easy to contact and communicate with a human ( rather than online).
Bottles of gas last a lot longer than the competitors product which I used to order and it’s easy as CO2 YOU collect the old canisters and re deliver full gas canisters. Thank you to the team at CO2 YOU 👏👏👏

Been on the recurring plan for over a year now and it’s brilliant. I’ll be honest.
At first I was a bit nervous the quality wouldn’t match the ones that come with the machine, but I’ve had absolutely no problems at all. Great product, easy process, always delivered on time, and the notifications keep you in the loop. Haven’t tried the machine yet but that’s probably my next step. Highly recommend.

Awful customer service & hidden fees
After extending out my subscription as I had a full bottle & a half yet to use via the WhatsApp service, the AI bot transferred me to an agent. The agent sent me an incredibly passive aggressive message quoting the date I took out the rental - used monkey emojis to try to make some sort of point that I don’t get what the service is….they went on to tell me I had to pay a additional fee to keep the product o have yet to use for a longer period. It was my first experience ordering so I may have over estimated what I needed. However I cannot believe this is the way in which this company speaks to its customers. It’s so unprofessional. Would not recommend.
