Easy to order. Easy to contact and communicate with a human ( rather than online). Bottles of gas last a lot longer than the competitors product which I used to order and it’s easy as CO2 YOU collect... Toon meer

A really special service-

A really special service- reliable, always helpful, and flexible when you need it. I love my never ending supply of fizzy water.

Delivery is via DPD

Delivery is via DPD, which is problematical at times. Sometimes the screw attachment is not secure on bottles, can lead to a waste of gas unless you tighten it up each use. Other times, some bottles are brilliant and do not need tightening each use. Convenience of having bottles collected/delivered outweighs the niggles.

Co2you are fantastic

Co2you are fantastic, i never have to worry about running out of gas cylinders, they always email me when my next delivery will be with the option yo change the date if needed

I found CO2 YOU's service to be superb

I found CO2 YOU's service to be superb. It's such a game changer because you never need to worry about the gas aspects of enjoying great tasting Soda Streams. Great user interface on their website, superb customer service and fantastic value for money. Thank you for your services

Quick, convenient and cost-effective

I've been a regularly and very happy customer for many years now and will remain so for many more. The service is excellent, the cistern service is top-notch, the couriers they use are reliable, and I've never had an issue. I highly recommend Co2you!

Excellent product

have used this company for nearly 3 years and their customer service has always been excellent. I occasionally have to change my delivery date and they always accommodate me (sometimes at very short notice!). I also like the new design of the canister.

Fab experience today

Despite a shaky start with these guys (I may have left a previous negative review) I felt I had to correct it given a really good customer experience today. Last time I was faced with phones not being answered, calls not being returned and AI Agents 🤮

This time, phone was answered immediately and the customer support rep (Lissie) was incredibly helpful: understood my problem immediately, was very flexible and creative in solving it with no fuss or upsell. Genuinely impressed. Maybe co2you were just starting out when I had the bad experience. However, if they continue like this, they'll keep my subs.
