JS Coaching LLC  Reviews

Jeremy is an excellent coach, providing valuable guidance on situational leadership and thoughtful career advice. His insights have been practical and tailored to my goals. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I wasn’t sure how useful the 5-session coaching program with Jeremy would be at first, but I was really pleasantly surprised by how much I got out of it.

My focus was on career planning, leadership, and management, and Jeremy totally delivered. What I loved most was how he didn’t just give me answers—he asked the right questions to help me figure things out for myself. That approach made everything click on a deeper level.

We covered a lot, from managing my own career and making sure I’m on the right path (balancing both management and tech), to coaching my team and giving them more space and ownership. He also gave me great advice on leadership skills like running 1:1s and tough feedback meetings—something I wasn’t always confident and experienced with.

We really dug into leading during tough times, how to keep people motivated (starting by myself), and crafting a vision everyone can get behind. By the end of it, I had a clearer idea of the kind of leader I am (and want to be), and how to avoid reacting emotionally when things get tough.

This coaching didn’t just help with my own career, it also made me a better team leader. Jeremy’s insight, combined with the way he guided me to find my own answers, has made me more confident in having those tough discussions with underperforming teammates and leading through change. I went in with doubts, but I walked away with real, lasting value.

If you’re looking to level up your leadership and management skills, I can’t recommend Jeremy enough!

I’ve been working with Jeremy for the past four months, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made! From day one, Jeremy really took the time to get to know me, understand my goals, and create a plan that fit perfectly with where I was and where I wanted to go.

What I love most is how supportive and motivating he has been throughout the whole journey. He always knew when to give me that extra push but also when to celebrate the little wins along the way, which kept me inspired and on track. His advice was always super helpful and easy to follow, and he was always there when I needed a bit of extra guidance or a pep talk.

Thanks to Jeremy, I’ve not only achieved a lot of what I set out to do, but I also feel more confident in myself and what I can accomplish moving forward. I’m so grateful for his encouragement and expertise, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better coach. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your success and will help you every step of the way, he is the one!

Thank you so much, Jeremy—I hope our paths will cross again

Jeremy helped me a lot to find a balance between my professional and private life. His professionalism and experience were very beneficial to me throughout the sessions and allowed me to rediscover what gives me energy to move forward in my process. His advice allowed me to rebuild myself throughout the sessions and find the strength necessary to embark on new adventures for the future I want.

Jeremy is very professional, efficient and kind. Exactly what I needed to finally get on the “let’s get healthy” train!

Jeremy is an exceptionally professional coach. His experience and expertise allowed me to benefit greatly from our sessions. I was able to test all the ideas we discussed and put them into practice. The most valuable aspect for me was the opportunity to apply what I learned in real situations.

Thank you, Jeremy.

Thank you Jeremy for the past 6 months with so much happening in my private life. But despite the fact that you kept me on my toes and I achieved more than I ever could have imagined.✨

Despite being 44 years old, I feel better than ever, and new business and private opportunities are emerging. My purpose is sharper than ever and I am really looking forward to next year together 💪🏼🔥

Thanks to Jeremy, I have become much more aware of the steps I need to take to reach my goals. I've learned a lot about health and nutrition and have started implementing several changes that will benefit me in the future. Additionally, I’ve begun to shift my mindset about my health, making long-term changes. What surprised me most was Jeremy's ability to break down challenges into simple, manageable steps, which helped me build consistent habits over time. I appreciated his holistic approach, addressing all aspects of health—exercise, nutrition, and mindset. He was also very patient, even when I faced setbacks.

Thanks to this tailored and comprehensive support, I feel ready to "fly on my own" :) I feel confident about continuing to build on my strengths and work on my challenges because I have received loads of value from Jeremy that I will not forget.

You rediscover how to take care of yourself on all levels. The support is excellent, with weekly follow-ups and super smooth communication. Whenever you need anything, Jeremy is there, which is unparalleled. You revisit your fundamentals for the rest of your life—it's worth it!

I discovered an energy I didn’t know I had. The program was perfectly fitting my needs and for this reason I could easily achieve my daily goals. this has given me the right motivation to continue and to make the change. I was really surprised by the fact that for the first time in my life I started enjoying doing exercises and feeling very energized by doing them. I really like how Jeremy has motivated me and tailored a program that I was able to easily follow

What an amazing journey in the past 4 months with Jeremy!! I lost 9% of body fat, gained significant muscle mass, and did all this sustainably (which was the most important part for me).

I have tried many different programs in the past, but none of them have worked for long. Jeremy has deep knowledge in his space but can explain it in easy and actionable terms.

What I didn't expect was his support on so many different levels, ie. providing a detailed diet plan, weekly coaching calls, in-between random voice messages to motivate me, guidance through the ups and downs of this journey, having an ear to listen and celebrating successes...

Jeremy's holistic approach changed my thinking and my habits. It helped me to become a better man, better father, better husband, and a better version of myself.

Jeremy is truly an amazing coach.

I experienced Jeremy as a great professional.
It's been a year that we started to work together. He helped me to build new habits and reconnect to my athlete mentality despite various challenges.
Jérémy listens. He is there when you need him.

I feel amazingly fit and athletic, all without feeling like I was on a diet! Even with my hectic work schedule and travel commitments, I've reached the level of well-being and performance I've always dreamed of.

I greatly appreciated Jeremy's enthusiasm, and aptitude to motivate.
He has deep knowledge to help you perfect all weight and fitness exercise, provided great guidance on nutrition and really adapted the program to my goals.
The initial focus on mental prep and self reflection has really helped anticipate the challenges and helped focus on establishing lasting healthy habits. Thanks to him I successfully ran a Spartan race at the end of the program and feel now extra motivated to prepare for my next ones!

I have tried dozens of different diets & workout programs in the past, ALL of them left me with quick but unsustainable results.

What I liked the most about Jeremy's approach, is that he is focusing not on the symptom (e.g, loosing weight), but goes deep to the root & supports you in changing that first (e.g. mindset, beliefs, habits).

Having Jeremy's constant support, a no BS approach & making this journey to optimal health fun is what i appreciated the most.

I feel physically lighter and - whats even more important for me - I know what my body needs & I trust myself to nourish my body in the best way. THAT knowledge is invaluable, as it allows me to have a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
