Day 7 of ordering online and no where to be found. No response to calls, keeps ringing, no email response. Just buy from a store. I live in Canberra and there are no stores. Just rubbish

Very poor customer service from Coach.
I received a Coach men’s fragrance as a Christmas gift, but the spray nozzle was faulty and only released droplets instead of spraying properly. Customer support initially told me my nearest store would sort it out, but the store kept demanding a receipt, even after I explained several times that it was a gift.
I went back to customer support and was told they would contact the store directly. There was no follow-up. I then contacted customer support three more times and got no response.
When someone finally did reply, I was asked yet again whether I had an itemised receipt. At that point, it was clear nobody had actually read the complaint.
A faulty product, no practical help, repeated requests for a receipt for a gift, and no proper follow-up. Very disappointing from a company of this size. Coach has lost any future business from me.
It's going into the bin where it belongs.

Shame Coach, shame
Bought a 600 euro bag for it to fall past after three months. Absolute disgrace
Ordered a bag from the ecommerce store and the 2-3 day express shipping has been a joke. 5 days later no word. I have called customer service three times and spoken with them asking if I can instead collect the bag from a shop as I need it for a gift and they keep promising they’ll get back to me today and doing nothing. They said I can source the bag myself at a shop if I like, but they won’t help me and have a policy of ‘no pick up’ options, despite their delay being the issue.
Today was the day I was promised it would be delivered by and they have neither called me back nor sent an update. I get better service at Best and Less, this is appalling. I now have no gift for my sister’s 30th, despite spending more than $700 on what I expected to be a luxury brand experience. Never again.
I am sure if any else have came across this issue.i ordered on 6th Feb.i received the tracking details on 7th.the product hasn’t move from 7th.i have emailed them couple of times got one response saying it will be delivered between 10days.no sign.i thou its a branded bag at least have customer service good.

I’m a repeat long time customer of Coach with many items in the thousands of dollars.
One of my bags (few years old) had a broken turn lock knob from wear and tear. Both in store staff and online/email (online customer care person, Ingela also was incredibly rude) at every step have made it incredibly difficult and frustrating for it to be fixed. Coach promoting their “Coach Repair Workshop” felt misleading as I never was made aware at purchase that I had to use third parties for any repairs beyond my warranty period (which is bare minimum legally per the ACCC). This means it’s impossible to replace any parts (unless you scout the internet to buy a cheap eBay knockoff) or have any repairs outside general condition or shampoo. Third parties will refuse service if you don’t have the replacement part (which Coach won’t help you with). Never knew any of this up until recently as never had a major problem with my bags as I do my best to look after them.
Feels very wash hands and dry after purchase type business, not luxury at all. Reminds me of Kmart.
Do not recommend if you want to keep a bag beyond a few years. I wont advocate or purchase from Coach again.

My first experience at a Coach Australia was on Gold Coast and it was incredible. They packaged my gift perfectly and treated me very well as a customer. Being a fan of the brand, I saved up to buy a Coach bag for my birthday, but it was really disappointing. I bought on the internet and the packaging for my Coach Bag was unprotected The bag also arrived outside of its packaging, which was horrible, a plastic packaging, and the first time I had a fabric packaging, the bag arrived without protection. There was only plastic on the handle and padding inside the bag. The leather with the Coaching inscription was completely unprotected, The box arrived completely crushed and even torn when I opened the box, I was afraid that my bag would be damaged, but fortunately it wasn't. My experience with the physical store and the online store was completely different. I would really like Coach to change the way they treat customers, as I would love to continue being a customer because I love the product. However, if this is the service provided, I will unfortunately no longer buy from Coach Australia e-commerce.

Worst customer service ever. Sent an email but never respond or reply. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them. Very misleading information regarding their delivery time. Pay extra for express delivery which they said will arrive within three days but after 5 days still did not receive product. Other well known company like LV has never fail in their promise to deliver on time. My fault for buying a cheap and lesser known product from Coach. Once bitten twice shy. Stay clear from this company. If I can put zero star I would.
Horrible customer service! The reps are not knowledgeable train on how to deal with issues. The product is cheap and defective . Coach doesn’t honor their mission statement and policy I will never shop with Coach again. Bought an item on Saturday and the item broke on Tuesday and they won’t do anything. POOR SERVICE!
I accidentally bought the wrong bag. Immediately called them to cancel the order. They wouldn't cancel. Apparently, I had to receive the order then send it back to them for a refund. Seriously? During Covid times? Seriously
