For anyone reading this, switching GMC to a CSS is usually hassle-free, but accounts that were GMC classic and turned NEXT have some hidden feed names that can block the switch.
Assistance, accounting and onboarding totally great: never felt a company so close to me and with this great feeling of a real customer care standing by my side.

Payments and subscriptions are very easy to understand, if you read the terms.

You contacted us because your Google Merchant Center was suspended for misrepresentation. We did our best to help you but this was out of our control as it is independent from Cobiro. You asked us to cancel your subscription and we did it immediately.

I'm reading the other reviews here but cannot relate. I personally have a good experience each time I ask for help. Yes, the platform can always be better technically but they now only focus on Google Shopping and CSS so I think they improved on many fronts. It's also easy to create a MC or transfer your own. It's not true that you cannot extract your MC again, if you know anything about advertising on Google then you know the GMC belongs to you and Google in the end. For me at least Cobiro is simple to use and the cost is still reasonable so I can recommend it.

After expiration of service i had no acces to MY google merchant center. not worth spending time with cobiro.

Your Google Merchant Center is entirely yours and we don't have control over it. In order to use Cobiro CSS, you need to have an active subscription. If you plan to cancel your subscription, it is important to migrate your Merchant Center to another CSS prior to the cancellation.
You are always welcome to use our CSS anytime.

Paid for one year, but we cant use this service. They took 12x15 USD and made our account a free account because we said we wanted to close it. You cant use it with existing Google ads accounts so it's useless.

You have paid for an annual subscription. One year later when the renewal date arrived, we were about to charge you for a new year (this is normal as you pay for a renewable subscription). You contacted our Support team about cancellation and we cancelled your subscription immediately and deleted your account as well as the Google Merchant Center you requested.
Unfortunately we are not sure about what you mean when you say that "You cant use it with existing Google ads accounts".
Our CSS can be used with existing or newly created Google Ads accounts. You can either request a new Merchant Center or transfer an existing one.

Had a bad and terrible experience with this platform. One word of advise screenshot everything you do on there, beware of declined payments and request a receipt. There $15 account fee is non-refundable even if you can't use their service. Customer service = terrible = inhuman = only driven by company policy irrespective of the situation
