I've called to speak to someone about…
I've called to speak to someone about mail I received and I asked one question and the guy answered but then I was going to ask another question and the guy just hung up on me. I called back and some guy answered saying "coconut funding" and I said hello and he hung up on me again. I just wanted to know the repayment plans available because it wasn't indicated on the letter I received. I am sorry to be a bother. Never again.

Don't trust them
I was told I was approved for funding and was to get it yesterday, they even did the funding call and then they said it was too late and I didn't get the funding. They said it would be very low fees, but they are higher than most companies. They did tell me they would reduce the fees and send a new construct would they did. But then I was not funded and now thinking I was going to have the funds I ordered materials that then made my account negative and so now that its negative they can't or won't fund me.
