I am starting to worry that I may never actually receive the boots that I ordered (12 days ago). The order number that Cocosydney gave me doesn't seem to exist and I just keep getting what appears to be automated messages saying that the boots are still in transit. I have now asked them to cancel my order and refund me, but as yet they haven't responded.

You have lovely clothes but it was easy to search for what I was wanting. I’m an older person so that is important for me. Checkout was easy too. I find it hard to find what I want in shops these days because they only seem to stock outfits for the younger girls. I’m looking forward to seeing how the size fits.
