COD Network Reviews 

I am sharing my personal experience as a seller who worked with COD Network and stored inventory with them.
The confirmation rate on leads is relatively good, around 70%. However, the actual delivery rate is extremely low. Out of every 100 leads, approximately 70 are confirmed by phone. From those 70 confirmed orders, only about 30% are successfully delivered. This means that the real delivery performance sits around 30% of the confirmed orders.
On top of this low delivery rate, I am charged for almost every stage of the process: confirmation fees, shipping fees, return fees, cancellation-related charges, and other operational costs. Even when an order is delivered, the combination of advertising costs and these fees often leaves me at a loss.
Delivery times are also problematic. Confirmed orders frequently take 7 days, and in many cases up to 15 days, to reach the customer. When an order is returned, the returned package can remain circulating between different locations for around a month before it finally comes back to the warehouse. During this long period the inventory is stuck and loses value.
Despite these ongoing operational problems, I invested further and purchased additional stock valued at approximately $4,000, relying on the assurances given to me. Before purchasing the stock, I was told that if any issues arose I would be able to use their Marketplace and COD Drop services to sell the remaining inventory. After the stock was purchased and the same low delivery rates continued, I was informed that I no longer had the right to use Marketplace or COD Drop because “the time had passed.”
I also received verbal assurances about cash-flow support and financing after investing in stock. In practice, after spending thousands of dollars of my own money, the financing I actually received was only $100.
I submitted multiple formal requests through the support system asking to sell my remaining stock via Marketplace or COD Drop. Support later informed me on WhatsApp that management had been notified on 31 August. Despite this, I continued to receive only vague responses stating that the request was “being processed” and that I should contact my account manager. Communication from both support and the account manager became sharp rather than professional or solution-oriented.
The overall result for me has been continuous financial losses. The company continues to collect fees on confirmation, shipping, returns and other services regardless of whether the order is successfully delivered or not, while the seller bears the full cost of the failed deliveries, the long return cycle, and the locked inventory.
This is my personal documented experience. I advise any seller considering placing significant stock with this type of network to carefully verify real delivery rates (not only confirmation rates), obtain clear written confirmation of Marketplace access rights before investing, and not rely on verbal assurances about financing or solutions for unsold stock.
