This company sold me a logo deal with a satisfaction guarantee. I did not receive the service I was promised, and they refused to issue a refund or redesign my logo to my satisfaction.

I am writing this review as a NEW customer. If, infact, this company can complete all the logistics I have paid for (5k+) I will again write here again with a grand review. However, I received a notification from my credit card company where I paid for their services, that this was an international transaction which was the first of a few flags for myself. The first was that "Tony Smith" had an accent that I did not recognize though I have traveled the world. When I questioned him he as to his origin he replied " I'm British". Let me assure you he has NOT a British accent. First red flag before CC purchase.
These folks have exceptional knowledge of the internet and web marketing .... though I am not tech savey...I recognized MOST of what I was purchasing and did so based on my knowledge.
Now...why I am writing this review...
Immediately upon paying for their 5 up saled services my credit card company sent me an email to advise me they were happy to let me know I incurred NO INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEES with these purchases. (RED FLAG #2) even though I was told and called a number associated with California.
I have been in contact with different people at this "company" NUMEROUS times since OCT 7 2022... ASKING "TONY SMITH" to provide me with my 100% satisfaction guarantee to no avail... instead...."they, Nick Myers, Jake somebody, and Tony Smith" continue to assure me all will be fine...NOT BUYING IT...BE WARE.

This review is for Shawn Wilson. Shawn was extremely patient with me thru the entire process. He taught me so much about designing a logo and about websites. i would recommend Shawn to work with. He has great ideas and a team that will get things done.

Paid for a logo through their "premium package" and waited for over a month to recieve a logo design that appeared decent. Their initial designs consisted of generic templates and nothing like the "work"they showed me of previous clients. Beware of "Austin Sarkozy as he has a thick accent, obvious he is from indian decent. They will not provide the service they are selling. Had to refund with my banking institution. All positive reviews have to be phonius. Do not pay extra for copyright as they do not file for copyrights. They have no idea what theyre talking about. Apparently they're partnered with logo orb, Similiar business model, also have horrible reviews. Look them up on reddit where someone meticulously investigated the business and all their affilated business names!!! Beware!!

Very rude over the phone! Asked a few simple questions and Jay was very ill prepared to answer them and insulted me by stating that "I did not have a business" and that I was "wasting his time."

Hired them to do logo, said would have the logo within 24 hours, paid them, a week later still no logo. Multiple contacts to find out what was going on, told closed for the election- ?? . It has been a week. Finally got a hold of very unprofessional person who just answered the phone Hello and asked for refund. Spoke to Wade in billing and he said no on refund. Pretty sure this company is not legit. Stay away. Should have checked other reviews online BEFORE I shopped with them, my bad.

Tried to get a logo designed. Upselling started very early, culminating in a requirement to pay several hundred dollars more. A total scam and waste of a ton of time. Do not use.
