Never had such poor service/support.
Still waiting after 5 hours for a response to my support ticket.
No orders are being generated which means we cannot process any orders but are still taking them in.
Can't believe we have to wait this long for such a critical issue!

Unreliable company. After being a customer for years, they all of a sudden write they will end their service within a couple of days. (in a reply to another question). For this reason we had to drop everything to find a similar system. Extremely unprofessional.

Do not even start ! They don't have a Login / Account Mainenance on their homepage. Everthing works through the Wordpress plugin. I could not even sign up to the trial period inside the wordpress plugin. tried it 8 times. I'm fed up.

I can't hold back my disappointment any longer! I've been using Codisto for three long years, and it has been an incredibly frustrating journey. Unfortunately, their platform has proven to be unreliable and problematic, causing significant disruptions to our sales. To make matters worse, their customer support has been less than satisfactory.

During a crucial period, Codisto's platform failed to work properly, resulting in a 50% drop in our sales for a frustratingly long ten-day stretch. We reached out to their customer support team for assistance, only to be met with unhelpful responses and a lack of genuine concern for our business's struggles. Lyn and Harryl, whom I interacted with, did not take responsibility for the issues and seemed more inclined to blame us rather than offering a solution.

Migrating away from Codisto has proven to be a daunting task, leaving us feeling stuck with their unreliable system. Rest assured, we are actively seeking an alternative provider that can offer us the reliability and support we need, and we'll make the switch as soon as we can.

To those considering Codisto, I advise you to proceed with caution. While their platform may promise convenience, our experience has shown that it falls short of delivering reliable results. The lack of responsiveness and understanding from their customer support team only compounds the frustration.

In conclusion, our experience with Codisto has been disappointing. The reliability issues and lackluster support have left us searching for a more dependable solution for our business needs.

An absolutely disgusting company. You should go nowhere near. Plugin incredibly glitchy and has messed up significant number of listing especially on Amazon and will proceed to blame Amazon. Money is not guaranteed back either. Would rate half a star if possible!

Great app. This is an honest review from a reputable brand and company. We struggled with product listings on Amazon, but this app made it much easier and smooth linking. We take customer service very seriously, so one thing that really stuck out to us was how good they were with helping. One week, we had an issue and the support team was super helpful despite our many questions. They even followed up once when we didn't reply to their email just to make sure we were ok. That is good service. They won't leave you hanging to dry. Good job guys!

Adore the Decor

Unfortunately I’m deep in 6 months because they call themselves “by Amazon” but are not backed up by Amazon. Many issues and lots of different answers never reliable and when finally headquarter from Australia contacted me they did not offer to help but asked me “why do you keep using us” and laughed on top of this comment. It is clear that management reflects the different locations incl Philippines techs that are not knowledgeable on Amazon. The app is merely successful at linking inventory however very faulty in building items from Shopify to Amazon. You have an issue you get 6 different answers and if it does not work they blame Amazon. I do not recommend this app.

Used for over 12 months without issues.

Although it can look complicated to use, Codisto does work very well.

I use it to sync ebay and Shopify data. Stock levels / descriptions / prices etc all update within a few minutes on ebay once changed on Shopify.

I also use this to import order into Shopify. Works best with a widescreen monitor as some tables can show LOTS of data - however you can expand and shrink the tables.

The sync doesn't work properly, even change some values in my listing damaging my potential sales. The app changed several times the the product tax code, the shipping template and the handling time on several items. I fixed the problem two times spending a lot of time doing that but the app did again itself a few days later. I removed the app.
It's a headache. Do not waste your time.

The service is good–often great–but abhorrent support and questionable billing practices drag it down to non-recommendable.

Okay so to start with the app is good and works alright on ebay. As soon as you try to link Amazon, the app is all over the place - and the support will always tell you IT IS YOUR FAULT that you did this wrong or that wrong. Their charge is way over priced at $59 a month specially for an app that is not fully functional when it comes to Amazon. I contacted them a few times to sort our Amazon listings out and they would tell me the way-rounds rather than a straight forward solution. Our listings on amazon changed automatically such as the size attribute automatically changed to colour/size and it destroyed the listing (it was our best seller listing) and thanks to this app, we did lose quite a bit of business. When we contacted them to reconsider their prices, they weren't in the mood to listen. Now as ebay also hides email addresses of customers like amazon, there wasn't a much utility of this app so it becamse irrelevant for us, also because Shopify itself now lets you link ebay and create listings on ebay in UK -

So bugs in Amazon linking, Alternative service for Ebay listing is present (for Free) and you don't get the customer data from Ebay. Why Charge a hefty amount to your customers then?

last thing they charged us $59 on the day I cancelled our subscription for the full month! not used the app at all and they didnt have a decency to refund all or part of this subscription. So I woul ask to refund this immediately because they charged for something didn't provide (a service for the whole month).

All in all a good app but too expensive and a bit irrelevent when it comes to simply linking your shopify with platforms.

Leaving the review here becasue Shopify won't let us leave a review on their platform because it has been more than 45 days since we have uninstalled the app. They completely ignored this fact that We have been using this app for somtime and can give a valuable insight to perspective customers about this app.

I have an advice for Codisto - Please listen to your customers and adapt accordingly. Most customers are complaining about losing money to you for the service you didn't provide. A good company always listen to their customers specially the ones who take time to point out negatives in you and the only way you can improve your offerings is by listening to them. You may even consider employing a Customer Advocate rather than just simply an advisor to take messages and defend your company for any complaints regardless of however relevent they are to your business and your clients'.

Please refund our money. W'll be grateful.

This Company is a Scam! I close the account to after they charge me the month in advance $99.00 so next month will stop since I get no ROI I was thinking I can keep using the month I paid in advance. NO they forfeited.

This company will ripp you off! Within a week of signing up they charged me for 2 months on my credit card PLUS OVER $300!

When I contacted them they said they were "entitled" to over $400 in fees because of the amount of sales I had. I never even used this app for these sales, they were done on another app, and I had the app installed for a week! $400 is an expensive ripp off for a week!

Beware they will overcharge you and won't give your money back!

They charged me $80 for the $30 flexi plan and I still could not access my account. I contacted them and no response on "the investigation".

codsito charged us three months when we bought a months trial 29usd flexi plan. we contacted many times the support, no reply. Waste of money

Codisto is filled with bugs, the idea behind integrating an existing ecommerce platform to online marketplaces is such a good idea. However Codisto implement this idea poorly & more time is spent going back & forth between customer support which is equally as terrible. Ended top spot listings & tried to blame the customer. I would not bother wasting your time on this platform unless you want an endless amount of headaches. DO NOT USE CODISTO LINQ.

Not only is this program complicated to use and frustrating, it only submitted a partial amount of my products to eBay.com, and submitted another partial list to Ebay.ca. The products that were submitted by Codisto to Ebay.ca added free shipping without my approval and adjusted my pricing as well which made them cheaper than what I submitted. I actually have a buyer who wants to purchase from me on Ebay.ca, and they say they are unable to after multiple attempts. I can't even figure out how to delete my products on Ebay.ca even though I unlinked my account. I ended up cancelling my paid subscription to Codisto, because I find their service complicated and frustrating. When I cancelled my subscription, it was on the exact same day as the start of the new billing cycle for the next monthly payment. When I contacted Codisto to ask if they would refund my money since I cancelled on the same day, they refused. I will NEVER use them again, or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

Another thing I want to add, I understand their "policy" is no refunds, but I am a business owner myself, and sometimes "policy" needs to be adjusted every now and then to provide good customer service and make your clientele happy.

Costly and Import feature does not work properly. Waste of time!
