The images on the website for a product were different from what was delivered. I have returned the item. The images and description of the product should be updated on the website for accurate representation. The email exchange with the customer service was smooth, return process seems straight forward however it takes a while to get it all sorted.

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase.
I have checked, and can see that our site does already state - glass not included.
I will however have our team look into rephrasing this to make it clearer for future purchases.
With regards to our returns process, we are experiencing delays with couriers and have had to redirect our returns to a more suitable location.
